That works. The second idea, I mean - Pensieves generally kept in the same area as where the threads originated, instead of a general location (unless, again, it's something seasonal like a holiday thing or a war).
Actually, nm - we don't need a Pensieve for war threads, because Jacob will just delete them once the fighting is over.
So, as far as boards go, only the prefect bath and staff office are truly all that contested.
As far as passworded things go, I think that staff office and prefect's bath, if kept, should at the very least be open. Then, other miscreants can sneak in and cause problems. Given, it'd be a punishable offense, but that's half the fun. So....yeah, I don't like the idea of trying to make boards so that only certain members can post, either. Then other students wouldn't be able to sneak in and blow up the common rooms. <3
Also, anyone who has “witch” or “wizard” only as a position is evidently an unemployed bum. People who graduate should go do something with their lives- LIKE TEACH, instead of wasting space! THE ECONOMY IS BAD ENOUGH WITHOUT YOU LEECHES! Go get a job as a professor, you worthless bum, then go post in the staff office.
As for the Drakkie/grounds merging, that was a basic suggestion, the main one I'd like to see happen first is the first list of changes I made. Pensieves are, in my opinion, not quite necessary. Especially ones that clearly have a board still there for them. I mean, why do we need a Diadem pensieve when clearly Diadem is still right there? Also, why would we need pensieves for, say, boards deleted in Drakkie when we clearly have a Drakkie still there? So, other than the two main contested boards (prefect bath and staff room), is it fair to say that you're fine with me going through the first list of changes (the moving and deleting- not the merging stuff with Drakkie yet)?
Also, I saw this a couple times- people basing how the boards should be arranged or whatever on how they were in the books. This is not Hogwarts, this is FFU, thus all of those arguments have no real basis.

TRUTH! You got me with that. Go ahead, Captain. Your plans look fair.

I don't think anyone else said anything about basing arrangements on the books besides me. And I only said it to point it out while saying we don't have to follow the books exactly in the same post. So basically there's no opposition regarding that.
Also, when you delete a sub-board, does it just automatically move the threads into the main board? I assumed that when you delete a board, all the threads would go with it. I suggested pensieves as a way to save those threads if that was the case. If not, then delete away.
I believe the sub-boards I suggested deleting were those which could clearly have a place that the boards could be moved to (Cealla's den to the forest, sub-boards of Drak/Tunnel to the main board, diadem pensieve to diadem, etc). If you just delete the sub-board, all threads in it should also be deleted. I would move them all first, as I have no intention of deleting old threads.
