It could actually be extremely beneficial for mafia to elect non-mafia if they know what they're doing and are able to manipulate the situation to their advantage. Two extra votes during the daytime in the mafia's favor, especially if we have the kind of bullsh!t we had last game, are quite tasty.

Just FYI; there's logic, and then there's stupid crap you say without thinking

Technically speaking, he could have given Davi Oldie status out of spite; being smart, he'd realize we'd just nail Davi to a fence the very next day because of our "logic".

Ok, so I'll be posting a few posts: one for each specific topic to talk about.

Assuming the people who DIDN'T vote Az for Oldie as Vamps/Lycans isn't a sound assumption. It moreso seems people didn't vote for him because it was him, or because they wanted someone new as oldie. Whichevs.

Vamps/Wolves may or may not have been voting for or against Az or Myself as Oldie ... Tim's death was most likely an attack on him personally, rather than against oldie. If it's an attack against oldie, well, we'll see tonight, won't we?

Hmm, so I guess that really was the only discussion for the moment ...

Then I'll bring up an issue to think about. There was only one attack last night (two deaths, but only because a lover was killed).

Might there only be one side of killers? Or is there only the Dominique in? Hmm, maybe some Talon action to prevent the two deaths? ... Oh, why that does indeed tickle my fancy!, possibly tim got attacked by many sides? Hrm ...

It's so much easier to figure out who's doing what when there's more info to go off of ... hrm ...

I think you accidentally contradicted yourself ... if someone's sending a PM, normally they would have enough time to also vote, unless they chose not to.

No one is out of suspicion, unless there has been secret telling of roles (which I know there has been), which may or may not be lies.

Those who do not contribute to votes or discussion are mostly a burden. But it's another aspect of the game: Those who speak and act and those who apparently don't.

Personally, I don't see the point of trying to argue logically this early in-game. There simply is not enough hard fact to make any assumptions at this point. Any 'logical arguments' made now are just mere guesswork.

That said, here are the hard facts:

Tim was Oldie.
He was killed, and revealed to be a student.
Lucius, his lover, died, and was revealed to be Azrael.
Tim chose Davi to replace him as Oldie.

Now, based on just that, I can come to no conclusions. Davi may or may not be a vamp/wolf. Certainly, his position as Oldie puts him in the spotlight. Perhaps Tim was counting on that to make someone go after Davi. Perhaps he chose Davi because he received the second-highest amount of votes when we originally voted for the Oldie.

And, contrary to the prevalent opinion, I don't think those who are silent are more suspicious than those who argue here. On the contrary, I find those that argue here obssesively to be more untrustworthy. Methinks they protest too much.

I would agree with you, sort of, Davi. Basing your decision on who argues the most is a pretty lame deciding factor, so I think Addy's voting factor is rather flawed.

I still don't see any contesting of my theory. Sure, it's definitely not foolproof, but it's a better place to start than any totally random stab in the dark.

Oh wow, y'all seem to be on an oldie killing spree ... Or is it attacking the people who "talk too much" spree? Either way, y'all are gunna be down some assets ... az a normal student who can see through arguments ... lucius the Az*real* (tim, that censor is rediculous!) role ... me (who could possibly be anything at this point, who knows) ... and then next whoever the oldie role or person who talks too much ... It doesn't seem much of "You might be the killer!" But moreso "You speak too much! NYARGH"

If I die, just to spite my death, i'll pick a person who hasn't logged on in a while to be oldie, so no one gets it. Bwah ha ha. You won't get rid of logic and get to keep oldie, as well.
