The dueling field was filled with pupils and teachers practicing. Obviously it was a class as it was close to dinner. The brown-haired Ravenclaw had skipped early from Divination as it was one of her weakest subjects. She was leaning against the wall remembering some of the charms she'd learned for dueling.
The sixteen year old grabbed her wand from out of her back-pack. She swished her wand duplicated a spike in front of her. Then after she swished once again; she moved the two spikes up into the air and then straight ahead in too the bush.
Stretching up to her full 5'1; the Ravenclaw smiled and relaxed. She had mastered the little trick she had been trying for a long time. The end of a class behind her moved away without her knowing. She turned to find the field peaceful and quiet. She liked it.
Bewitching a scarecrow to come to life the girl started to practice her dueling. Sending charms and spells one after another at the bewitched being. Still the brown haired girl wasn't satisfied. She needed a real duel. She hadn't had one in like . . . ever!
She still awaited her first duel; but she wasn't sure she was ready. She was a natural at Charms but she hadn't actually but them to the test. She wanted to but hadn't.
The girl fell to the ground and started to sob. She didn't know why she was crying she just needed to cry. There was absolutely no reason. The scarecrow comforted her by placing an arm over her shoulder.
"Willow Tru Treasue," the girl whispered, "what have you become?"
