Fuu Sunzaki walked briskly down the chilled main road in Drakborough. It was early morning and the sun had just appeared above the horizon. The air was cold and fresh but hard to beat in. She wore a shiny silver jacket with a green and silver scarf. Her hair was down and she had ear muffs placed on her ears. Fuu wore mittens and a worn smile on her face. She wasn't use to early morning but she felt that it would be good for her.
Surprisingly, there were many people in town this early in the morning. They went on with there business and she needed to get along with hers. Every moving thing seemed to distract her, she would stop at every display window and look to see what the store had to offer. Fuu was on a mission and she wasn't going to be drifted away from it.
Her mission was to finally get a helpful companion. She had never really found a use to get a owl or a rat. To her there was no point. Until one day she just woke up feeling lonely with out t. Ever since she bought a pig from China as a souvenir she had wanted something to cuddle.
Fuu searched the streets for the best pet store she could find(and one that was open). She was determined not to accidentally kill it, and she would remember to feed it every day. Fuu suddenly stopped at the most wonderful animal care store in the world! It was filled with kitties! She wasn't a rat person, too squeaky, or into owls that much, too hard to clean up after.
All the cats looked healthy and happy. She was impressed and headed inside. She smiled and gave a little nod to the elderly man who ran the counter. Fuu headed straight for the back of the store and would work her way up.
After kitty, after kitty Fuu was in a slump. She could not decide which she wanted. Depressed and for the first time in a long time she had no smile, Fuu slid on to the floor with a bundle of kittens in her arms.
