(OOC: Bela gets first post plz?)
The boy thought he'd try this again. The last guy that approached him was obviously crazy, or was joking with him. There was no way a serious organization would send someone THAT creepy to recruit for them. Any organization devoted to stopping evil creatures surely wouldn't be stupid enough to do that.
SO, yet again, Phugsius walked through Drakborough. This time around he carried no article. Instead he inquired around town about them. The townsfolk however seemed less than cooperative in answering his questions. They all seemed to take on a look of fear as he mentioned them. Whoever this Black Forest Church was, they were certainly feared.
This was a good sign for Phugsius because it confirmed his previous thoughts that that foolish Alejandro was clearly not a member of this feared organization.
His head on a swivel, the boy looked for anyone who might be willing to tell him where he might locate the Black Forest Church. The REAL Black Forest Church hopefully, no crazy fairies and lycans....
As the boy was walking down the streets of Drakborough, a hand reached out from the dark shadows of an alley and pulled the boy into its depths by his shoulder. Before Phugius had a chance to react, another hand covered his mouth and the weathered face of Bela stared into his eyes. The Hungarian fortune-teller had heard about the recent incident in town, specifically about the boy who sought to slay vampires, and he decided that he would deal with this boy rather than let an upstart like Alejandro recruit him. The gypsy was wearing the traditional garb of his people, baggy clothing with ornate patterns of a Slavic nature sewed in, and a eyepatch covered his right eye.
Keeping his hold on the boy, Bela said in a gruff voice, "You will not be making any sudden noises or sounds. If you are being who you appear to be, then come with me if you still wish to be serving mankind. You can also walk away from this right now, for once you are with us there is no turning back." The dark-haired man's single, piercing eye seemed to cloud over for a moment and his voice became deeper and ominous.
"Great things I am seeing in your future, Phugius Charadus, but it s all depending on the choice that you make now. Join us and be following me, or leave and never again be pursuing this path." The gypsy's eye returned to normal and he released the boy before walking down the alley way in the opposite direction of the main street.
Let me gaze into your eyes, my child, and through me your future shall be laid bare....

Phugsius passed by an ally taking a quick glance into it's darkness. He hadn't seen anything as he walked and continued forward his mind still on how he would find this organization. Suddenly a hand reached out from that same ally and pulled him into that same enveloping darkness which he had previously disregarded so easily.
A hand quickly covered his mouth preventing Phugsius from letting out any noise. He quietly listened to the man as he apparently knew who he was. This man also seemed to know what his mission was. Phugsius' emerald eyes passed over the man's one eye that wasn't covered by an eye patch. It seemed to pierce into him and read him like a book. An uneasy feeling passed over him. Should he follow this man into the unknown? He spoke of "joining us". Did he mean the Black Forest Church?
With a moment to briefly make a decision, Phugsius was in toe with this odd man. He needed to find out how he knew so much about him...
He didn't have to look behind him to know what the boy's decision was and the tell-tale footsteps alongside him only strengthened the man's guess. Glancing sidelong at the boy, it didn't take much for Bela to see the determination, the resolve, in the student's eyes and everything that he had foreseen was confirmed. "You have chosen wisely. To be walking away from this would mean that you would be turning your back on everything you have ever been knowing: leaving your friends, your loved ones, to the threads of Fate."
"The Church is having the ability to be changing this, to be giving you the power to be defying Fate, and to be protecting your loved ones," continued Bela as he steadily walked toward the end of the Alley. "You must be being curious as to who I am and how I was knowing so much about you. I am called Bela and by trade I am a fortune-teller: your past was being laid clear to me by forces outside of our comprehension. Yes, I am knowing what you have done, what you have suffered, and I am believing that I am the one that can help you through the Church."
"You maybe seeking to be joining the Church, but what is it that you are really after? How are you wishing for the Church to be assisting you in return."
Let me gaze into your eyes, my child, and through me your future shall be laid bare....

Walking next to this man made him slightly uneasy. The prescence that eminated from the man sent a disturbing feeling into his stomach. However, despite this, he knew what he was doing was right. He shifted his eyes t give te man a few subtle glances to make sure he wasn't up to anything. As the man spoke Phugsius acquired the feeling that he was going to be taking care of past troubles. He was going to be helping to liberate these people from a bane which plagued them, vampires. He began to relay this to the man who was guiding him.
"Yes, I wish to join the church because I wish to vindicate this town from the vampire scurge that plague this area. I do not want to see anything similar to what happened in my town of Hogsmeade". He looked at the man seriously, now. He would not feign from his goal.
