((I wasn't sure how or where to post this, so I'm just going to PM it to you))
Morgan's Christmas shopping list was a bit shorter than in years past. Due to her falling out with her family, and in particular, with Morticia, she wouldn't be getting presents for most of her relatives. In fact, she had received a curt letter from Morticia requesting the Christmas gift of Morgan dropping her last name, since in Morticia's opinion, Morgan was 'obviously ill-suited to bear such an illustrious name'.
Still, she did have a few friends here in Spain who she'd like to do something for. But, she didn't just want to get them just any old thing, some useless knickknack that would end up[ lost or broken or on a shelf collecting dust. She wanted to get them what they really needed.
For Sparky Cobalt, once Morgan found out he was sleeping in an enchanted bathroom stall, she found she couldn't stand it. Not her best friend! Only, would he accept the gift she was thinking of? He surely wouldn't want to feel he owed her anything, which of course, he didn't. If anything, it was Morgan that owed him. She called him her best friend, but when she left to pursue her quidditch career, she didn't even tell him where she was going, although, to be fair, she hadn't told anybody.
So, on Christmas morning, Morgan talked a friendly little turtle dove into delivering a letter for her. She couldn't risk Sparky recognizing Mondleid. Inside the envelope was a key and a small scrap of paper which read:
When he got to the house, a small but tidy two-bedroom bungalow, he would see a big bow on the front door, and when he used the key to open the door and enter the kitchen, he would see an envelope containing the deed to the house on the kitchen counter.
