Jeremy got to the field, it was beautiful. This was his first time playing a sport other than American Football. He looked at the teams, the opponents, and the team he was on. Jeremy didn't know how to spot advantages for one team or another in this game, but he heard Ferris was a good keeper. Another thing Jeremy was worried about, other than his lack of extreme skill, was if he could do this under pressure. He was good at the quarterback spot, when he played football, and he were always able to dodge balls in dodgeball. He hoped those could give him advantages int his game he was about to play.
He missed all the practices, which he was ashamed for. Jeremy knew practice makes perfect, but he also knew perfect is impossible. He has a certain drive for sports, that gets him pumped up. It gets him motivated and determined, which are two big things in sports. Jeremy wanted to win this game, it would be awesome if Gryffindor could win the Quidditch Cup. They already won the House cup, which was most important. He was able to keep his promise to all, that Gryffindor would win the House Cup.
Jeremy wanted a winning season, not one full of failure. But he also knew if they lost games, it would be his fault. He sometimes feel it might be better if he doesn't play, it would be less mistakes. But on the other hand he couldn't tell his team that, and he couldn't give up without evening trying. Jeremy took a deep breath, the game would be soon, and he would be able to test his skills. "We will win," Jeremy said, trying to get determined. He wondered how the game starts, if one team gets one ball, or if there is a jump for it, well in this case, fly. And then it begun!
Kicking off the turf, her purple hair streaming behind her, Sylph hurled herself into the air, a fierce look in her eyes and a determined expression on her face. Immediately she seized the quaffle, passing it to her fellow chaser, Jeremy.
Jeremy was adjusting to the game well, he just thought of it as football, even though the comparison between each other was not similar in almost anyway. In the back of his head, he wanted to score so bad, just to be the hero for a second. Jeremy was trying to spot the snitch himself though, just to see if anyone was on the trail of it, he couldn't. Jeremy knew that catching the snitch could easily win any team the game, unless there was a huge offensive show by their opponent. Actually huge probably wasn't a good enough term for that occasion.
Then Jeremy got the ball. He froze for a couple seconds, and then began moving. It seemed like he was drunk, bu that was due to the fact this was one of his first time flying. He made his way near the goal in the middle, and then he let his arm do the rest. Jeremy chucked the ball toward the goal as hard as he could and...
It was her first game and Megan knew she had to do well. She just had to catch that little golden ball if it was the only thing she did that day. Eyeing up the Slytherin Seeker, the first year nodded once, as if to reassure herself she could do it.
Commanding her broom up, Meg soared into the sky and let her green eyes scan everywhere for that little flicker of gold.
Ferris, shaking from head to toe, also kicked off the ground, his floppy curls bouncing in his face, his watery blue gaze obviously terrified, but, swallowing his fear and nerves, headed to the goal area.
Even the most timid of creatures has survival instincts.
Fuu made her way onto the field. She was nervous but she could handle this. Hoped for more of her teammates soon. Fuu was still concerned about her last mintue placement. She had been training to be a beater and was switched to a chaser. Fuu this assintant captian/ beater/ chaser walked onto the feild after the gun shot.
She was nervous but pumped at the same time. She hopped on her broom and got into position.
((sorry if i randomly disappear. I have dial-up and people call me. Even though I told them not to.))
Time seemed to freeze as Megan watched the pitch below, instead of looking out for the Snitch. Would Jeremy score? Willing the ball to go through the hoop, all the Gryffindor team could do was wait.

(Interlude: Fuu, you are allowed to use your KP and dice to save the ball. You have KP, after all. You don't have to be the Keeper to do it, a position simply gets you higher stats.
The Snitch will be let out once a page is finished.)
Protégé showed up on the pitch, breathing heavily because he had run. He knew he was late, way late, but that was of no matter, for he was here. Hurling himself onto the broom, he flew off to begin looking for the Snitch.
((Fuu, you got better keeper points than me. I'll leave that to you unless you don;t show up soon.))
Jeremy missed, the ball interceted by Fuu. Well that was annoying. Sylph signlled to one of her beaters with a jerk of the head. The played flew over and Sylph, with a wink, took the bat, taking the opportunity to whack a bludger toward Fuu.
