The sun had just risen over the horizon as two figures, one blue, one gold made their way to the Quidditch field. It was a fairly chilly morning with a slight breeze, perfect conditions for flying. Then again, in Rezna's opinion, any conditions were perfect conditions for flying. One of her most memorable Quidditch games had taken place under a torrential downpour, right at the end of the season, and her team had absolutely dominated the sky! It wasn't without a sense of melancholy that the witch donned her old yellow and black Hufflepuff uniform. Her long, gold looks pulled back in a bun and old broom in hand, the Nurse almost felt like a carefree student again. Fingering the captain's badge still sewed to the front of her robes, a grin began spreading across Rezna's face. It was just like old times, she thought, only with far more interesting company.
A few feet above her in the sky flew a beautiful dragon, about the size of a large hawk, with blue scales that glittered like water in the sunlight. Oceana made happy clicking noises in her throat as she flew in circles above her mistress. Long had the Wavetorrent kept quiet in the confines of the Hospital Wing, and boy did it feel good to stretch out her wings again. Twisting about her long neck to look back at Rezna, the dragon gave a happy roar that was promptly followed by a stream of water. Oceana's aim was impeccable, and Rezna quickly received the second shower of the day. Unlike her everyday robes that were waterproofed for just that reason, these got soaked right through.
"Oh, just you wait 'til I catch you!" Rezna threatened as she mounted her broom and shot into the sky, dripping water as she went.
