Yamaroshi rarely ever came to this place anymore. Because of the ICW's curfew, he was not able to sleep on the streets of Triangle Tunnel. After the Angelus Morti took over the city, he could have moved back in, and perhaps even found himself an abandoned house that somebody left because they didn't want to live there anymore. After all, he was part of the Angelus Morti, who now controlled the place.
He did not move in for two reasons, however. Firstly, he had become accustomed to living in the hole he created for himself at the shining lake. More importantly, however, the tunnel had become less habitable with the inferi. It was true that they were on the same side, and that the inferi would have no intention of harming him, but he did not enjoy their company when he didn't have to be around them.
He wasn't sure exactly what had brought him to this place. Perhaps it was his usual tendency to wander, or the chance of encountering Lord Azrael.
It was certainly not as lively as it had been before the Angelus Morti moved in, and much of the damage done during the clash with the shadows had not been repaired. Still, Yamaroshi did not have to try too hard to convince himself it was for the better. After all, the tunnel was much better off in the hands of the Angelus Morti, than in the shadows, or the ICW who would easily have lost to the shadows anyway.
And so Yamaroshi walked at a slow pace, his surroundings, wondering if he might finally be able to ask Lord Azrael for help with his elementalism.
