ooc: First post for Elle, then the thread is opened to all.
ic: One minute the Nephilim and his prisoner had been standing in Drakborough before her enraged sire and the defeated Shade, but now they rematerialized into the vast system of dungeons beneath the University itself. Still incapacitating the vampiress as he held her firmly with his right arm, Tiberius sheathed his bayonet and immediately observed his surroundings. It was an old storage room and it appeared that it had been neglected for sometime: making it perfect for his needs.
Dragging the girl with him toward the door, Tiberius propped it open just enough to peek both ways out the door before shutting it again. Next he placed his hand on the door for a good minute and the door shimmered once as he left his mark on it. What was once a door way now looked like a section of the wall and if someone were even to touch it, the thing would feel like a wall as well: that is so long as the Nephilim multi-tasked and held part of his concentration on it. This was but another example of his powers of manipulation and of the mind: he could make an object, a person, or a thing appear to be there and manipulate others into believing that it existed without a doubt.
Only those with an impervious will could stand up to him, and even then that might not be enough unless they knew what they were up against. And no one had gone against Tiberius at his full strength, so for the moment he was safe. Since there was no other way out of the dungeon, Tiberius released the vampiress away from and sat down against the wall. Being a master of multi-tasking, Tiberius watched her intently as he studied her every move; after all, she was the key to his plans. With her Tiberius knew that without a doubt he could get what he wanted from Romulus.
Gesturing over to the girl, the towering blond said, "Don't worry too much little one: I'm only going to hurt if you do something rash, but I believe you're smarter than that. And because you're that smart, I warrant that your brain is already hard at work trying to think up of ways to kill me or to escape: don't waste your time. I hold the only way out, I can manipulate others to think your screams are just drops of water, and I am at least your equal in speed and strength." Tiberius' eyes flashed at his last words and it was a silent warning that he meant everything he was saying.
"There is some bad blood between your father and myself, blood that I hope to erase one way or another. I am sure that your father must have ranted about what has happened between the two of us, how he swears revenge" Tiberius' tone became mocking briefly before it returned to its grave original "so I won't bother recounting that. Instead, know that I don't intend to harm you and as long as you remember that you shall remain safe until your father and I have reached our agreement. I shall provide for you in the meantime and in exchange, I wish to know your name and why you became the childe of little Romuli."DERP!
