"Dang it!", Fuu cried and as soon as that happened three librarians were immediately on her case about being quiet. She apologized and went back to what she was doing. Fuu had normally spent her summers at school and there was always that time when she was so bored her brains were leaking out of her ears. Today was one of those days. Fuu had come to the library early, about four hours ago, hoping that if she was surrounded by books something good might happen. Maybe she would be inspired to read something or write something. Sadly, being surround by shelves and shelves of books did nothing for her.
So, after about a half an hour of trying to get inspired she broke down and magicked up a pack of cards. She had been spending her time trying to make a card house. Sure she could use magic to jut get it to stay where she wanted it too. But where was the challenge in that? Again Fuu had gotten the bottom layer of cards, then the second layer, but her true enemy was the top and final layer. She would go to put the last three cards up and it would all fall apart. When things didn't go the way Fuu wanted them to, Fuu was angry.
Fuu only had two cards left in her hand. She held her breath and took the top card in her hand to look at it. "C'mon Queeny, don't fail me," she whispered. And being as delicate as she could she gently placed the card on top. She sighed with relief as it stayed. As she readied the next, and final card. "GAAAAH! NO!", she yelled. Before she had even touched the tower, it fell over. Cards were flying everywhere. She sighed and placed her head down. And by placed, I mean slammed. And by down, I mean on the hard wood table. Yes indeed, it was one of those days.
