Malachy sat in the back of the library, his wand was out and he had a wooden block in font of him that he was practicing Transfiguration on. he had achieved turning it into a Wood-pecker. And then into A Small dagger. He was bored he had been at this of about an hour. he knew that OWL exams weren't far off and he wanted to work on transfiguration because he hadn't been doing to well with it.
He sort of hoped a friend would walk in he needed a break but there wasn't any one to talk to at the moment.

It was mid winter and Felix was in a normal mood, that being a hyper, cheerful, crazy, out-of the ordinary mood seeing that that was his normal state. He had received a message and he was delighted to actually have some human contact that he himself would not have to initiate. Quickly after opening it he looked down at the signature of someone he had never heard of before. It was a shock because he almost knew the name of everyone in the school even though everyone probably only knew him as the odd Gryffindor who was everywhere. He concluded that the writer must have arrived at the school while he was, best described as, ‘detained’.
The message was simple enough, the person, from the signature read Malachy, wanted to meet Felix in the library that afternoon, for he wanted to talk and meet him. He had no actual goals for that afternoon except some unnecessary research he had wished to do. He would be going to the library anyway so he might as well meet him, or at least he thought it was a him.
As Felix descended down the staircase he recalled that the ink was green, maybe this person was a Slytherin. He didn’t have many Slytherin friends, but plenty Slytherin acquaintances from that house. They’re all different, but similar in a way. As he imagined what he, or she, would looked like he decided to stop so that if he decided on a character and the person was very different he would not go on their meeting staring funnily at them the whole time.
As he entered the vast doors of the library he still was in awe at the beauty of it even though he had walked through those doors countless times. The ceiling, the bookshelves, everything! Soon he found the supposed spot and saw someone sitting in a chair, with a small knife and a wand. He had supposedly transformed it from the pleased look on his face. Felix could not tell his height from where the student was sitting. He was indeed Slytherin though. The silver hair on his head seemed popular in the schooled but Felix was still happy of his brown mop.
Slowly moving into view of the boy Felix asked quietly as not to break the silence of the room.
“Are you Malachy?”
((Yay! Muse! Sorry... XP))

Malachy was distracted, and hadn't even noticed the Gryffindor's approach. With a flick of his wand the knife turned into a rubber chicken. He suddenly imagined seeing a fight using rubber chickens as a primary weapon. It produced a light chuckle he which caused him to look up for a moment. he noticed the brunet teen walking towards the table. "Yes I'm Malachy, you must be Felix, I've heard enough about you from the other Gryffindors to start a biography." He said with an air of sarcasm.
"Well, take a seat. and let's let's talk." he said gesturing to the seat in front of him. he put the rubber chicken into his school bag. he had a few questions. but he decided to me patieant rather than bombard the would be friend with questions.

Felix watched as Malachy proceeded to turn his knife into a rubber chicken. He was quite good at it and Felix noted to ask him later on help with the subject. One of the very few that he was not great at. Slightly relieved that Malachy was indeed Malachy, Felix took one of the old oak wooden sets that surrounded the table. He was flattered at Malachy’s remark about the biography about him. He had no idea that he was that popular. Feeling slightly embarrassed that he knew so little about a person who supposedly knew so much about him. Felix liked the way he could visibly see Malachy thinking, much like he did himself, lost in random thought. Malachy apparently had questions for Felix and he in return was eager to hear them.
“So, what’ya wanna know? Just blab it out, for I’m as eager to hear your questions as probably you are. At least, I assume you did have questions for me?”
He felt odd asking such a question and he would be sure to feel horrible if Malachy really just wanted to talk.

The only reason he was getting goo at the transfiguration is because he's been at it for the past hour. Hopefully the skill lasted. Malachy nodded. "Well my questions concern what happened in the Triangle Tunnel about a month ago. I heard you where captured with rebellion I'm haopeing your where either there at the wrong time or trying to stop it, but I can't be sure, Slytherins tend to, stretch the truth when it suits them. So getting a believable answer isn't always easy." He noted he wasn't afraid to talk about his own house that way. hell if the portrait guarding his common room the house would be gaining points for every successful scheme. He hoped to get some strait answers fo the Gryffindor.

Felix was lightly taken aback at Malachy's questions. He should have guessed that the content of them would be the Rebellion but still he had yet to been asked this question in such a manner.
“I can and cannot answer that question. Your major assumption was that I was there what the Triangle Tunnel a month ago, but I can tell you anything you want to know about the Rebellion. I don’t want to bore you with the stuff you already know, the Triangle Tunnel incident was a different case but apparently Shadow and Gwen, the two Rebellion leaders who I keep getting caught up with, went to Triangle Tunnel to attempt to carry out some evil plan or scheme against the Ministry and foolishly decided to cast the Dark Mark in the sky. In an instant Aurors were on the scene, but Gwen and Shadow miraculously escaped. They both are, and were, highly skilled in the dark arts even once Gwen cast an unforgivable curse on me and Shadows wand had it’s share of fun right in front of my nose with some pretty malicious spells. After then they were official enemies of the Ministry and no longer just some silly school kids protest. I still was trying to form a resistance against the pressure that was everywhere to join the Rebellion and I was eager for information. I happened to run into Shadow, and instead of turning tail and running like any sane person might do, I decided to talk and try and gain information that I might be able to use as leverage. Apparently he had found two flying wolf pups in French-Canada where he grew up and he had one with him. He offered one to me and foolishly I accepted. I did not want him as enemies any more but more of just people with different opinions. I though of it as more of a peace offering and soon after he taught me to fly one of them, the Black Forest Church, that is the Ministries henchman who do all their dirty work including the control of magical creatures, appeared and captured us both originally under the possession of illegal animals, which I was not aware of, and after they figured out who he was, also for his plotting against the Ministry. I was dragged along and after a long ordeal we finally had our trial and apparently Gwen had given herself in. The verdict was strong warnings but I was let free, as far as I know the Rebellion is no longer a threat of any kind. And, yeah, that’s basically it. So… what else do you want to know? Oh, by the way, Professor Ryder Mauro is a totally two-faced lire, don’t believe a word he says.”

Malachy listened carefully. yes Felix was the one to talk to. Malachy had a different feeling about whether or not the rebellion was going to continue.
He nodded in response once he had finished. "I don't think its totally over. I have very strong reasons. The most important won I'm unable to tell do to the effect of curse even if I tried I wouldn't be able to give the information." He paused for a moment. "Like you when I found out about the Dark Mark I tried to to get an anti-rebellion of my own but noon believed me when I said it wasn't over." He explained and then expecting the Gryffindor to be surprised the someone of the serpent house was insane enough to oppose, it's founder's heir's mark, he decided to add on. "I may be in Slytherin, but I believe in nothing that His mark stands for. My Great Grandfather died after being the first in taking a firm step against the the Dark lord; by stealing the Locket and replacing it with his own. I'll be damned if I dishonor his sacrifice by letting someone bring back what he fought against." He said his mood becoming some what dark. It was a subject he didn't normally talk about this situation called for the truth.
Before continuing he shook of the thoughts that plagued his mind, and continued on a softer note. "Well, even if I'm wrong, I say there should be something in place in case something happens again. It needs to be organized so we can cooperate more easily. Would you accept my help?" He asked.

Felix was taken aback at how strongly Malachy felt. Felix seemed to be taken aback a lot about him. Malachy obviously had a strong opinion about the matter and similar goals, beliefs and crazy ideas. He seemed to be under the impression that it wasn't over. That the war would soon become a war. Felix knew that he was right but he didn’t want to admit it after all that had happened. He would be secretly glad a little if it started again. He couldn’t imagine life boring again.
"It might not be over but I'm sure Gwen and Shadow will stay low for a while. The next small offense and they're shipped of to Askaban. "
Felix did think it a little odd of a Slytherin thinking so anti-mass chaos. He wanted to laugh when Malachy implied that he was related to Regulus A. Black. It seemed everyone in this school, except Felix, was related to some famous person from the times of Harry Potter and Voldemort.
“Haha! I do not laugh at your heritage, only the fact that Gwen White is also related to the Blacks. You might be distance cousins battling against different caused. That would be quite a cliché. I was wondering how you ended up in Slytherin. I thought all of them were sworn in to create chaos, disorder and let evil reign, I guess I was mistaken. No offence by the way. Anyway, I would be more then welcome to help with a resistance against them if it comes up. I have many, many people I have talked to about the matter and they’d all join me in the case that that happens again. I would love to get a meeting or something but it would be an unnecessary act that would be sure to create trouble. I have no allies within your house, ‘sides from you, so if you could help to get some support from there.” Felix chuckled at the irony. “It sounds like where trying to start a war or something. Anything I forgot?” He finished with a smile.

He shook his head. "For a while I did as well. Favoring snakes among others in the animal kingdom isn't quite enough to get me in to the house. Even though for a while that's what I believed. I walk by Salazar every time I walk into my common room in fact i wall be hind his portrait. From him I learned why. The House of Slytherin doesn't symbolize selfish desires for power, or at least not always. What is needed is guile, and the will to take what you feel you deserve and defend it to the end." he sighed. "I have both and so do may other in my house obviously. But each person has a choice to use those tempting skill and cunning for good or evil. And good or evil tends to be only an illusion in the eye of the beholder." He said some what admitting to a fact he didn't really agree with.
"I'll try to get people from my house to join but if it conflicts with the wrong agenda we could be exposing ourselves to early." He said warningly. He wanted Felix to know the risks. Risks that a Gryffindor might over look and a slytherin might take advantage of.

Felix listened closely to Malachy's statement about Slytherin House and was thoroughly impressed. He had never heard someone encapsulate the whole meaning and morals behind it so well. When Malachy noted on the danger and risk of the ‘operation’ Felix only grinned.
“Apparently I’m addicted to risk and will unluckily come across it at all cost. One thing you have to remember, my name meaning ‘luck’ must have been wrong ‘cus as you will probably see I’m always at the wrong spot at the wrong time a little too often, and I’m too much of the ‘brave, valiant, danger-loving prideful’ Gryffindor to attempt to avoid it in any way, shape or form.”

Malachy nodded, "And their are many times in which the lion-heart of a Gryffindor is necessary. I'll see what I can do. You get a few of the student you know want to help." he said decisively. "And it seems that I have proved once again that there is a reason that Godric and Salazar started out as friends." He said extending a hand

"I guess will have to find out then?"
Taking Malachy's hand he shook it in hope of a friendship that would last. Malachy wasn't only a friend, but also a fellow schemer and fighter for and against the same causes.
