Carrie's stomach was a mess of butterflies as she walked back to the Hospital Wing with the Headmaster. This wasn't how it was meant to be! She hadn't gone down there with the intention for Talon to come up and meet her. She'd gone down there with the intention to.. oh forget it. Either way, this is how it had turned out, and this was what was going to happen next.
Headmaster Windwaltz was going to meet Joy and then afterwards, all hell would break loose.
Opening the door to the Hospital Wing, Carrie walked in without her usual bounce, something which surprised one or two of the patients by the door. "Can I get you a cup of tea or anything, Headmaster?" she asked, pointing her wand at the teapot to get it brewing at least.
Poking her head around the office door, Joy was sat there with a book in front of her, whilst the little Chansey menace happily bounced around folding towels and sheets. Surely it should have been the other way round. "Joy, visitor for you," Carrie told her quietly, before ducking back out and over to the teapot, hoping that it would take as long as possible to brew so she could avoid any fireworks.
However, that wasn't to be. The force of the spell meant that if she left it for much longer, the teapot would likely crack. Pouring out three mugs of tea, one for Joy aswell, Carrie hovered one over to the Headmaster and took one herself, a shield to hide behind at least. Maybe fireworks wouldn't fly. Who knew?
