OOC: After that other thread...don't know if Sylph is still here...
A bag dropped to the floor of Talon’s office as Roan shrugged it off her shoulders with obvious relief. It was well worn and had a few small holes in places and was obviously carrying many things. She rubbed her shoulder it had been resting on as she leaned back in the seat she had just taken in front of the Headmaster’s desk. It was very nice of her to sit down and sit back after the traveling she just did, almost all of it by foot. She had just stopped into the office and crashed a meeting between Talon and one of his students, which she felt bad about…sort of. Her want to see the Headmaster was greater than her guilt though.
“Training another elementalist Talon? Don’t lose your connection to that element this time, we don’t need some irate brash Headmaster running a school like this.” There was nothing but lightness in her voice which was something very rare for Roan. Normally she was all fire and seriousness but for once she seemed in a generally good mood. Her skin was tanner which hinted that she had been in the sun quite a lot and her hair was longer. The muggle clothing held a few faded stains that were both dirt and blood but otherwise their wear and tear came around the edges of the garments. Obviously they had been worn quite a lot. The lycaness had been traveling since she left Firefox, and now she was just stopping home.
There were no flames in her eyes, quite an improvement and a testament that she had been gaining more control. Roan had been working with many different mediums to control that which had always used and moved her. That was essential when she held as much affinity with fire as she did.
“So, how has Firefox been since I decided to go search more interesting places. The Ministry still stomping it’s feet on everyone that’s not of magical blood? Any Shadows running amok? Or perhaps we have some new threat to Firefox, it’s always one thing or another.” New would be good to get. The reason Roan had left and stayed gone was that Ministry. If she ever got caught there would be some serious trouble, and not just for her unregistered status. Her two living stone dragons were reason enough to be pulled in by the pompous government, and she had no intentions of losing Aiden or Song. That was part of the reason they were not with her to greet Talon, as she wasn’t sure where he stood on all of this.
