Nadia had been studying Channah's figure while cutting and coloring her hair. Totes not in a pervy way, though. Nadia was into dudes, and right now she was way into one dude in particular. The girl was about two inches shorter than Nadia's 5'6", and her figure was equally unremarkable. Small bust, barely any hips. If this had been the 1920's she would have had the perfect flapper figure.
Clearly, Nadia's clothes, fitted for her more old school Hollywood figure weren't going to do much for her. Good thing that Nadia had some things that would fit Channah. And being a witch wasn't such a horrible thing when it came to being able to alter clothes without a sewing machine.
"Okay, Channah, you have an adorable slim figure. What you want to do is create the sense of curves, even if they aren't really there. Ruffled neck lines and full skirts are your friends, but be careful not to get things that are too voluminous, or they'll just swallow you up." Nadia laid out her selections.
"This dress is perfect for your figure, and adding a belt at your waist draws the eye in to your narrowest point. The dark tights make your legs look longer, and I added a bit of color with the shoes and the bracelet that should bring out your eyes." Reams worth of magazine reading suddenly didn't seem like such a waste of time, and Nadia discovered that she was really enjoying herself. Fashion was really cool, when you thought about it.
"You could add a cropped jacket to this, once it gets a little cooler outside. Drop-waisted things would also look really good on you, if you wanted to go the Jazz Age route. Go try it on, and let's see." Nadia fairly beamed as she thought about how nice she was being, and how stunning Channah was going to be now.
