Ever since Yamaroshi had first used his elemental powers, he enjoyed creating replicas of himself out of soil from the ground, as well as a bit of transfiguration which he had somewhat invented to make them look exactly like himself. This was just a fun past time for a long while, until the war of shadows, when he actually had them fight by his side.
It was well over a year after the shadow war, and even after the experience of war and homelessness had made him hard, he still enjoyed creating these lesser golems. Now, after he had looked inside Taurus, the book of earth, he found making these golems even more enjoyable. He knew that the book had increased his elemental potential, but the making of golems had become much easier. Before, it would take several seconds to form the body, but now, it took less than a second. Furthermore, he found that he was able to sustain even more golems at a one time, and from a greater distance. With practice, he was eventually able to create nearly two dozen golems at a time, and seemed to be getting better and better.
It was late at night now, and Yamaroshi stood on the dueling field, alone. All the students, and the teachers as well, had probably gone to bed, and could not see him conducting this rather silly performance of his.
He had created several of his golems, but did not make them look like himself. There was one very large golem, which took the form of Fenris Fenrir, and another was a tall woman with purple hair, who may would recognize as the wind mage and deputy headmistress of Firefox, Sylph. There were two golems off to either side of the scene. One inhabited the form of Azrael, the other, of Korodin. Finally, near the figure of Sylph stood the forms of many small children who all and the same face, because Yamaroshi was not creative enough to make them look different from each other.
Using charms, Yamaroshi was able to make his golems speak. Or at least, look like they were speaking. The first of the golems to speak was the Fenrir replica. "You cannot possibly stop me," it said in a ridiculous, deep voice that did not sound much like Fenrir. "I am the lord of the forest! Fear me!"
Next, in a high pitched voice, the replica of Sylph shouted, "You fool! I will stop you with my army of children who for the most part have never been in a fight and have not had any combat training. CHARGE!!"
Yamaroshi looked toward the forms of the children and made a gesture. They ran towards the Fenrir golem, who smashed them apart. "Oh no!" said the Sylph golem.
Suddenly, the Korodin golem jumped out and shouted(in a non Korodinish voice), "I am Korodin! Fear my indestructible helmet!"
Just then, a Talon golem jumped out. "I'll stop him!" it said in the voice of a cliche superhero. The Talon golem charged at the Korodin golem, but with one wave of its arm, the Korodin knocked the Talon golem flying off its feet. "There's no hope!" shouted the golem.
But just then, Yamaroshi had the Azrael golem step in. It said nothing, because Azrael was the only character in the scene Yamaroshi had no reason to make fun of. "It's Lord Azrael!" shouted the Sylph golem.
"We're saved," cheered Talon.
Korodin and Fenrir barely had a chance to shout "Have mercy!" before the Azrael golem raised its hand and the two villains crumbled into the soil they were made up of. The Talon and Sylph golems approached the Azrael golem and bowed before him, saying, "You're our hero."
Yamaroshi watched his little play, amused at his own creation, though it wasn't all that funny. Taking in a deep sigh, Yamaroshi sat down on his rear end and the remaining golems returned to the earth. Yamaroshi was bored. His only place to sleep was a small cave he created with earth magic after the curfew on Triangle Tunnel was initiated, and he had no way to amuse himself. All he had was his earth magic.
