From her first bite up until now, Aether Shardae had spent her three full moons in Fenrir's Wood. It was only under his allowance that she was able to be there, and she was grateful for this, more than he knew. So, as the sun set on the night of the Ravenclaw's third full moon (but only the second one she remembers, as the first was the night of her bite), she had come more prepared to the edge of the woods.
It was rather exciting, knowing what was coming. She could feel the terror in her mind as new feelings began to tear away at her gut; excitement and anxiousness were among them.
Oh yes, Aether was very excited. Her last time as a Werewolf had been incredible-- without relying on her sense of sight as much as others, Aether felt practically free from her blindness. This was the thought that brought her to the edge of the woods about a half hour before the moon would begin to rise.
Last month, she had not quite been ready for what was to come. This time, though, Aether knew what would happen and wanted to be in the woods when the transformation began; it would shield the eyes of other students from what was going on, as well as allow her a little more distance from the school so that, when she finally transformed, she would be a little farther from the school and less determined to go back.
What Aether was ready for was a run in the woods. Perhaps this time she would even see Fenris Fenrir again. She had done some reading up on him and, apparently, many people believed the leader of the Lycans to be deceased; this intrigued her. There were many things Aether wanted to ask the other Lycans, but most of all she just wanted to run and play and fight with them until the night was through.
The healing of her bruises and cuts last time had taken about a week, maybe a week and a half, and it was very difficult to hide such injuries since it was the summer. But Aether didn't care if she looked battered and beaten for ten days; it was becoming more and more worth it in her mind.
The last rays of the sun disappeared as Aether wandered a little deeper into the woods, anticipating all that was to come.
((OOC: At least the first post for Fenris))
