So it was a bit overcast, and it smelled like it was about to rain but he couldn't stand another minute in the school the new Slytherin prefect was annoying, and Malachy was tempted to Let Bloodwing have his way with the twerp.
Malachy made his way to the lake and sat on a sandy part of the bank. He wondered what he should do. heir House points where in the negative. the one who had put then there was a prefect and was gloating endlessly about it. And Bloodwing's existence was a problem for just about any one who saw him. Hwhich was anyone at the moment, Bloodwing Started looking into the water it looked like he was looking for something.

It was going to rain. Well, that would be nice. As long as the lake was full of water, he'd still be alive. He'd have liked a good meal, though. He was getting sick of rabbit and deer. They were easy enough to scare, but there was no complexity to their terror. Ah well, one of these days a student would wander down to the lake alone. And then...
Skullwhite was pulled out of his pleasant daydream by someone calling for him. He quickly morphed into his human form. He had been floating on the lake surface in his third form, all the better to enjoy the rain, you see. He looked around quickly. Luckily, he was in his natural form with long silvery hair and gold-green eyes, instead of trying to appear as Munro.
"Mr. Dragon!" he called jovially at his friend. "You've brought me a present?" The kelpie looked hopefully at the boy. "How thoughtful of you. How can I be of service?"
Malachy watch, unaware that the dragon was even speaking , as the kelpie rose from the water to Meet the dragon. Malachy's eyes widened curious and confused how did a man just rise up out of the water like that.
"No, I didn't bring you anything. This boy. Malachy and myself are... connected. In case you hadn't noticed I am now among the living impaired. Malachy Tis is Mr. Kelpie the Kelpie. If he is as wise as he looks he won't try to drown you."
"A Kelpie?" Malachy asked then snapping out of it her shook his head. "Wait wait wait I've swam casually in this lake for about 2 years now and I've been swimming with a Kelpie?" He said standing up but then his legs felt weak. "What lucky coincidence has kept me among the living, exactly?"

"Okay, fine, killjoy, have it your way. The boy is off the menu." The kelpie was a little upset that he wouldn't be getting a human after all, but he pressed on cheerfully. "I had noticed your little condition, but I thought it impolite to bring it up; what, with my kind being immortal and all. I suppose that that's what you wanted to talk about, then? Sorry, not even a Fae can restore life to a mortal. Especially not one like me, connected to death more than to life."
Skullwhite was then interrupted by the boy. He frowned briefly. Was he really not allowed to drown the nuisance? Ah well, best to answer his question, so as to allow himself to return to the true business at hand. "Well, boy, I've not been spending much time at this lake as of late. First, I was part of the Shadows, briefly, before betraying them...And then, Well, I was away for...other reasons..." He swept a hand through his silver hair tousling it sexily. He had always had a flair for the dramatic.
"But, I've recently come to realize that perhaps it's best if I stay put. However, if I kill too many students, someone might come down to my lake to do something about me. After all, Windwaltz doesn't take very kindly to those who harm you lot. Though I've no idea why he can't spare one of you every so often. There are so many of you, and a kelpie can only take so much of drowning animals." Skullwhite was a little more upset about that. "Imagine, him getting mad at me, just because of my nature..." He trailed off for a moment, looking into the distance.
Abruptly, he turned his attention back to Mr. Dragon. "Now, if your little pet human has no more interruptions to make, can we get down to whatever business you have with me?"
Malachy wasn't done pushing his luck. "You may not be able to restore his life but I am able to restore a shadow of his former self. I just need his remain, and a lot of reading. but it is possible." Malachy was as interested in returning to an eternal unlife as well. It would give Malachy a lot more power, just think him, in control of a Dracolich.
"As anxious as you are for my return I'm not sure how I feel about giving you control of my physical body. Is it not enough that you have control over my soul." So, Mr. Kelpie you say you are immortal? Do you have the power to bestow such a gift onto the living?
Bloodwing, the latest threat to the school's safety, would be quite at home in the bubble that formed around his ghostly form; the 'emotion' of the bubble, however, would come as a shocking surprise. Justiciar Muryllis, at one with the chaotic subtleties of magic, preferred to express his moods through his abilities. What the dragon would soon be feeling was intense, unchecked rage.
A similar sphere appeared around the kelpie, of whom the man had heard many things. In fact, if memory served him correctly, the two of them had been in the Society together...
"Hold," he called, appearing among the small gathering that had formed. His wand was pointed at Mr. Kelpie, for he was likely to be the greater threat if this party was to turn into an engagement.
"I'm afraid, Skullwhite, that you no longer have any business with this worthless excuse for a deceased talking dragon. You see, in the coming moments, he will truly be deceased. As his pathetic keeper should know, the beast's return to the grounds is effectively a death warrant."
The sphere that had formed over the kelpie served merely to contain him; he was not suffering the painful fate of the dragon, whose arcane prison was effectively a Cruciatus chamber - the Shade's recent advances in mysticism, a subject important to his own immortality, had given him great insight on just what can be done to a spirit.
"I'm also afraid that your stay here has just been cut short. As a fellow former Shadow, I grant you peaceful departure; there are other lakes and streams, well outside the borders of the University, for you to call home."
He had not bothered turning to Malachy, but surely the idiot boy had thrown himself in enough danger lately to come to terms with his own stupidity. If not.. well, a fly can only dance around the flame so long before it is burned.
"Do you remember me, Skullwhite? Perhaps I am wrong, but I vaguely recall pledging loyalty with you to Count Scorpius. It's been a while, hasn't it?"
Malachy suddenly found himself on the ground enraged and in a great deal of pain, as the pain and suffering where transferred through there link. His mind was blank with anger and e was writhing too much to even grab for his wand.
Bloowing was roaring and growling as ferociously as it could at the Justicator. If he could Mury would have been bathed in whit hot dragon fire. and torn to pieces. Jut then it started to pour. Watter hit the ground in a torrent and the Sky cracked with lightning.
The rain was like a bucket of water being splashed into to someone that was asleep to Malachy, and he felt somthing in his hand through the pain. Sning without being told had expanded himself and made his way into Malachy's clenched fist.. Malachy forced as much pain as he could away and left himself with the dragon's rage. Still on the ground he got to his hands and knees. and turned Snings head towards bloodwing. If what he thought was true about Sning was wrong all was lost. He picked up his wand and Pointed it at Bloodwing.
"FINITE INCANTARTUM!" He said it with unbridled rage which fueled the spell and undid every spell on bloodwing including the spell Morgan had taught him. Suddenly his head was clear. and sning was suddenly slithering way and INTO THE LAKE. Malachy, suddenly perplexed but hot willing to argue. Shouted "Protego at the Dragon then ran and jumped into the lake after the Silver golem. and followed hoping that the Dragon could follow.
Nrmally a ghost could be unable to sink into water but there land at the bottom of the lake so Bloodwing began to vanish from the physical world here sand Remanifest on the other end of the lake.
(ooc: Malachy ends up in the Nyphwoods where this RP continues.)
(( This post assumes that Malachy, having received a proper response from the Dryad Lord, might come back. For now, it's just me and Skullwhite, I guess. ))
It wasn't exactly clear to him how the young twerp had managed to challenge and overcome the sort of magic most wizards had never even heard of, but, nonetheless, it had happened; the boy and his pet DAGRON jumped into the lake, skillfully evading the potent magics the Shade would no doubt have used had he been given even a sentence of a chance.
No matter; within moments, Muryllis, having trailed the pair with a tendril of consciousness, could sense a powerful presence approaching them from deep within the Nymph Wood. He felt relieved; no doubt Quercus Modus, the Dryad Lord, would take care of Bloodwing in a gentle, painless manner - the Shade had expected to tear the beast's soul apart and use it as furnishing for his phylactery's defensive enchantments. Pity.
At the moment, the Justiciar was left alone with Skullwhite, who had effectively been trapped in a bubble of Woven arcane energy. He dissolved the sphere, as there was no longer any danger of the kelpie attacking a defenseless mortal child.
"So then," he said, becoming a bit more cheerful now that there was no Malachy for him to seem badass around. "How've you been? I know I haven't seen Evilyn or you since our days in the Society; anything of interest in that front?"
