Seleukos had been about to have some... fun... with an elderly couple when he suddenly found himself very dizzy... And his head hurt... His eyes wouldn't keep open... Ah... he must have been...
He woke up, his head throbbing. He was tied to a metal chair, iron shackles keeping his hands and feet in check. He figured it wouldn't be a problem to escape if things got troublesome, so he might as well stick around and have some fun with his captor. After all, as long as he could see him, it wouldn't be much of a problem... Really... But these chains weren't very comfortable, after all...

"Hello mister...." the voice coming from all around the stone room paused for a moment. There was a sharp pain in the captured wizard's head, and the voice spoke again.
"Seleukos."
The room, completely covered in stones, was lit by a charm. The charm cast a dark blue light around the room, though it did not permeate all of the shadows. The corners of the average sized room were still shrouded in thick black, and some patches of the ceiling of the room were also hidden from sight.
The thick scent of dust and death blanketed the senses. The captive wizard, Seleukos, was chained to an old, sturdy iron chair in the center of the room. The chains, also, were made of rough iron. The light seemed to come from above his head.
"I have... seen you before," the voice spoke again, "Perhaps only in my dream, but perhaps before..."
A lump of bloody flesh fell from above and landed in the captive's lap.
"I took good care of that elderly couple you were harassing."
The voice materialized in front of the captive. The figure, a heavily robed humanoid, stood partially in the shadows against the wall and partially in the blue light. Two small spheres of fire hung where his eyes should be.
"You have something in your memories," he spoke, "that I must have. Please remain still."
The figure stepped out of the shadows and removed a long ashen wand from his robes. He touched the wand to Seleukos' forehead, and long tendrils of silvery thread snaked out and around the wand. The tendrils, growing in size and thickness, traveled up the wand and then the arm of the robed shade, until they seemed to enter his hood. There they swirled around, until they began to copy themselves. Red tendrils were created, then disappeared into the figure. The silver tendrils floated out, slowly, back into the mind of the captive.
"Yes... Of course... Radek... The war..."
The shade searched through the memories he had just stolen. More realization came to him, and the fog around his visions became thinner. Perhaps this captive could help him...
"Tell me, Seleukos, would you be willing to help me? Would you be willing to give your life for mine?"
Seleukos made no attempt to shield his mind at all, as the Unknown One pulled memories from his head. The usually sneaky man was willing to take a chance. Either the man would be so disgusted and taken aback by his disregard for life, or would happily welcome him into his own group.
"Not my life, but helping you out would be a lot more fun than sitting here." Seleukos cheerfully answered, almost as if the question was rather simple, and something that had been long decided. "I imagine that, as long as you make it fun, I can play."
What with only harassing children and the elderly, any change in life was worth this little trip. Seleukos asked some questions of his captor, "Of course... even if I did not give my life, you wouldn't have much trouble living at all, would you? What sort of fun are you brewing?"
It was obvious that this man, what with the magic he'd already seen, would be more powerful than anything Seleukos could stop. Of course, this only meant more fun.DERP!

The shade considered his words carefully. It wasn't that he was worried about the reaction. He was worried that he would get the words wrong, and nothing is as unforgivable as misplaced words.
"... twisted individual."
The shade waved his wand and the iron shackles and chains disappeared into thin air.
"I, too, am a rather twisted individual. Your little tricks seem moot to me. I have a fondness for you, though. You seem like the kind of man who enjoys getting messy. I like that."
He turned his back to Seleukos, but his eyes seemed to stare through his hood and directly into the wizard behind him. With a wave of his wand, the Shade created a door in the stone. The door would lead directly to the graveyard at Firefox, even though it would disappear as soon as Seleukos passed through it. A useful one way system.
"I have a job for you," the Shade said, turning to face the wizard, "There is a girl. Roan Aliagh. I do not believe you will be able to kill her. I want you to bring me a vial of her blood. I warn you, she is a Lycan and a fire mage.
"She has no meaning to me. She is a toy. You should treat her as such. A pitiful waste of life, she is, but entertaining. I will be watching you, and once you have this blood, I will contact you. Fail to retrieve it, and I will kill you. You, too, are but a toy. I may have use for you, but you are expendable.
"And while I may live without you, you cannot live without me. No longer...
"Your life for mine."
And at those cryptic words, the shade disappeared.
Seleukos stood up, as the chains seemingly melted around him. It was nice to be freed from those chains, and nicer still to be let out of that room. It seemed as if his life rode on this, but he wasn't all too worried. After all, failure is relative, and rather than worry about what could go wrong, as there was no point since hesitation was no option, he chose to think of ways to make things fast or easy...
As far as lycans, the one thing Seleukos remembered was that there was a rather potent organization that did not like them. What were those initials? KFC? No, BFG... Oh! Black Forest Church. It was to his advantage to learn as much as he could from them. Even better, if he could trick them into helping him trap this Roan, he would succeed with little effort. But, where to go to find this Church? Maybe he could ask Radek. After all, he might have a fair idea of how to find them...
Seleukos walked slowly towards the door, and as he passed through it, it indeed disappeared, much as the unknown one had told him. This would be fun for some time. Maybe the life of a hunter was worth a try? Seleukos slowly sank into a shadowy circle beneath his feet, closing his corridor behind him...DERP!DERP!
