Night had already fallen on the fields that the University of Firefox looked over. All were already asleep; all, except for Muryllis. The fifth-year Ravenclaw had been working the entire night, devising a plan on how to work out the three assignments the Count had given him: to find out about the Lycan, to find out about the Chamber of Secrets, and to find out about the Salamandra family. One had been ruled out almost instantly, for the Lycan, Fenris Fenrir, had too much of a bloody and dangerous reputation for the student to try. That left the Chamber of Secrets and the Salamandra family, both of which were entirely possible to find out more about: Tobias, Muryllis's new Slytherin companion, apparently had Parseltongue abilities, meaning that he could work out finding where the chamber lay; both of them had before been to the Salamandra house, and it was left to be decided if Tobias would accompany him again. Now, all that lay was to get an important artifact that would aide Muryllis in his second quest into the cursed household.
Approaching the crypt of Salazar Slytherin, Muryllis made a low bow before transforming his school robes into the ceremonial robes of the Sodalitas a Umbras. He then tapped the badge at his left lapel, sending a telepathic calling to the Count. I feel it is safe to assume that a man with the power and influence of the Count should be able to get his hands on something I need, especially if the end result is beneficial to him.. he thought, awaiting the arrival of Count Scorpius.
