"But you aren't my enemy."
Draven's brow furrowed. Yes, this was meant to be a fun training exercise, but Draven was beginning to take it seriously. Something being taken seriously required a lot more attention and thus there was no room for distractions. Distractions like the real possibility of getting killed by his own father. Lucky for Zeph, he came to his senses before Draven really belted a lecture out.
"S-sorry...ugh, I'm being useless now."
Draven let out a loud sigh. "No you're not, Zeph. You're being distracted." Two completely different things. Useless things were, well, useless. Distracted things could be refocused, as Draven had done with his boyfriend.
"Alright, I let you have your fun. Now, it's my turn!"
About bloody time!
"Tarantallegra!"
Ok now this one was just weird. Draven was now dancing entirely against his will, legs flailing all over the place. He was damn near to falling over a couple times, too, while he tried using his arms as counterbalance. Alright, alright, focus. No begging for Zeph to make it stop this time. He'd undo it himself. He pointed his wand at his legs, using his other arm to keep upright as he said the counterspell. "Finite!"
CRASH.
With the sudden stop of his legs in a position incompatible with standing, Draven fell down again. What was it with Zeph and knocking him over? Oh wait, that had been his fault that time. Whatever the case, though, he fot back up and dusted himself off. It was his turn to cast a spell. Time to see if Zeph was ticklish. "Rictusempra!" Oh god, this was going to be good if it worked. Assuming it did, he'd put his hands on his hips and smirk. "Now you try and say mercy, Zeph." If it didn't, well...he'd brace himself as best he could for whatever Zephyrus had in store for him next.
