"Why looky here. What is this we have?"
The heavily accented Spaniard was standing just outside of Felix's peripheral vision, his wand raised and pointed at the student and the giant flying wolf... Weird. Fernando had seen this student and the other one flying around on the... wolves... while he was on patrol and was waiting for the moment to strike. And, as far as he cared, now was the time. Of course, the other one would not be able to see him, Fernando being under an invisibility charm. He aimed his wand at Felix.
"Petrificus Totalus," he hissed, followed with "Incarcerous!" towards the wolf, iron chains circling around the beast and holding it to the ground. Of course, the iron would act as a natural torture to the animal, as most all magical animals, especially once so clearly linked to the fairy world, were weakened to Iron. The chains would bite into the beast hard.
"You and your flying friend are hereby under arrest by the Ministry of Magic. Don't try to scream. The spell will take care of that...
But save your screams for later. I like it when they scream..."

Felix heard a voice from behind him. It sounded very Spanish and as Felix turned his head to see a flash of light came right toward him. He barely had time to face his attacker. But soon his whole body started to act on it own accord and his legs and arms where yanked to his side petrifying his whole body. He was helpless and his hand was very far away from his wand. His head was turned so he could just see Shakira's whole body be wrapped in magical chains of dark medal. Felix feared the worst and realized that there offender knew what he was doing because he guessed the chains where iron, the one weakness of magical creatures. Felix couldn't wonder who would do such a thing, his quarry was soon answered by an arrest in the name of the Ministry of Magic. Felix never guessed that the infamous Mom, as he called it, would interfere with Felix and Shakira and if his hand could move he would have slapped himself in the head for forgetting to think legally about Shakira. He was stupid enough to believe Shadow when he said he had found them. Shadow. What he going to be arrested to? He was the co-founder of a anti-Ministry of Magic rebellion with Gwen and he would be sure to be locked up for good. But Felix had no reason to be incarcerated! He hoped that he would be able to find someone who would help him. It occurred to Felix that this mysterious man might not even be from the Ministry but a random wonderer who is good with magic. Felix doubted it with his luck and thought it best to still assume the worst to the worst thing that could happen to him was to be disappointed. Felix wasn't comforted by the way the man said how he liked it when they screamed... Was this some weird psychopath escaped from a Wizarding Mental Institute? He barely even knew the guy and he was already think who this man was...

(*Is going to kill Puck for this* sorry Fel :s, will reply soon)
Shadow glared across the lake, watching in slight horror as magical chains bore themselves down upon the femme wolf. For a moment, he remained where he was, as though drained of energy and true enough his pale complexion was a ghostly white.
Once already had he been forced to deal with the Black forest church, and once already had he escaped his punishment. Master Bismarck had never called Shadow nor Gwen into a hearing since the darkmark's appearance. He did not need this kind of publicity, again.
Ushering Rohan towards them, a dark smirk crept over his worry. He leapt down from the wolf's back, landing softly a few feet away. Snarling, his eyes locked towards the voice, "Why torture the innocent? Although, I hear you dwell on that..."
More than normal he was careful with his words. His last stress against a member, had earned him a couple of death threats and a risk against Gwen. Too familiar was his recurring nightmare, disarmed, captured and held with a wand at your head. Never again...

Being invisible, still, the Father took advantage of how off guard the next boy was. His wand flicked to the boy and he whispered the petrifying spell, so as to not hint to his location. His wrist twitched again and his wand was pointed at the wolf-like creature. He said the same spell as before, "Incarcerous", and the same iron chains wrapped themselves around this wolf. He rather liked this other boy, one he recognized from the description given by the Holy Father, Bismark. This one was more feminine, and Fernando liked that... He liked it alot. Just to be sure, he summoned the two boys' wands to him and pocketed them.
"Oh my my my, Father Bismark will surely enjoy this, indeed. These wolves, on University grounds!, will give us reason to tighten security, yes. The Father will reward me, yes. Perhaps, indeed, I will be rewarded with the pale one, yes..."
Father Fernando was talking more to himself than the two boys as he pulled the large metal crucifix from under his robes, the heavy symbol of Jesus attached to his neck with a strong chain. He brought it up to his lips, gave it a kiss, and then moved it across the four points of his body which formed a cross. The father, son, and holy ghost.
"Father Bismark," he spoke into the cross, "I have two prizes for you, yes. Two young ones, and two odd beasts, yes. Dirty dirty beasts."

Shadow snarled, covering his slight confusion at the sight of no figure other than the wolves and Felix. He knew there was someone else, Felix was stupid-but not stupid enough to hex himself. Suddenly, a spell trail shot towards him, hitting him square in the chest. He let out a frustrated yelp, feeling his muscles tense as he collapsed to his knees on the ground. Blue eyes glared towards the invisible male, a last scar as his arms were pulled to his side-causing pain as he fell back petrified.
From his body-bound prison, he watched the heavy iron chains fall down upon Rohan. The wolf weakened, resisting as much as it could-failing under the properties of iron. Unable to speak, to move, he sighed inwardly with a mixture of anger and terror emotions. 'Oh my my my, Father Bismark will surely enjoy this...' Shadow's anger subsided for a moment, replaced with deep dread.
Oh god. Bismark? Anyone but him, please! Shadow's thoughts prayed, wishing. The thought of that long white hair made him vengeful. Sure he vowed revenge, but he knew he had already gained first warning and this guy had offered Gwen, Shadow's death. His wand was pulled from his grasp, as was Felix's, disappearing as they reached the disguised man.
'Perhaps, indeed, I will be rewarded with the pale one, yes...'
Shadow smirked inwardly, his wild hair falling over his eyes from the winds subtle breeze. It was dirty game to play to leave your opponent at such a disadvantage, so early on. Perhaps he did not seem so, but they would have to allow him movement at sometime. That time would come, whether he was here nor there. But in the back of his mind, another meaning to the Father's words struggled its way through. A reward -of- me?
"Now now, Fernando, making children scream?" A low female voice replied to the Father, as a woman approached the group from the entrance of the Greenhouse. She wore a long clerical robe, and a fifteen inch yew wand hung loosely from her left hand. Her face, when she came close enough to the group to be observed, looked so cold that it wouldn't have been much shock to assume she had never been happy in her whole life. "We mustn't forget, we are government, not terrorists."
The woman's eyes glanced from boy to boy, her frozen, icy stare appearing to pierce into their souls. It was a terrible, scrutinizing gaze, capable of breaking wills without the smallest of effort. None the less, the woman did not look at either of them with such an intent - nay, her eyes were filled with a simple curiosity. "As Voice of the Black Forest Church, the power invested in me by Holy Father Bismarck, allied to the Minister of Magic Julius Plutus and Head of the Department of the Control of Magical Creatures," her statement began, "I hereby take your wolves into custody to uphold the laws set forth by the International Confederacy of Wizards.
"As for the children, well, naught one of them is over 17...to arrest them would be far too cruel, do you not think, Fernando?"

Fernando was disappointed to see Selena and not the Holy Father. He frowned at the girl as she made the arrest he had already made. He wasn't incompetent, only a bit distracted. He tried, though. He tried his hardest to be a good little ministry member... The pun of that is intended... but he often found himself distracted with the power he found himself to have.
"These beasts are clearly supplied illegally. We should take the students back to Headquarters to interrogate them on where the beasts came from, should we not Mother Superior?"
He smiled at the pale one again. His smile was like venom, showing the sick love of power in his mind. He could still remember his time at the Church, when he was able to 'punish' the naughty children for their sins. Now, though, working the field for the Ministry of Magic, he didn't have as much access to young ones to feed his twisted pleasure for power. Now, though, he didn't want to lose his chance for his fun.
"Unless, of course, you wish to miss a chance to uncover what could possibly be a ring of illegal trade inside the school. We could have this unholy place for ourselves, and the children could get a real education."

The word that reached Felix's ears tormented him. He had heard of the Black Forest Church before and what he was told about them wasn't good. They where like a mystrious, dark, henchmen of the Ministry who did there own will.
Why am I here? With two psychopaths, a Slytherin Ministry rebel, two chained up wolfs, stuck in a field with certain death, or worse, torture? AAAaaaaa!!!! I have to find a way to escape! But I can 'cus I am in total ignorance against them! What am I going to do... Wait, who else is there? Government not terrorist? That's comforting! Hope she's friendly...
Felix strained his hears at the man, Fernando's, words about a trade for power over the University! If Felix could move he would take a book and hit himself on his head for a week for his stupidity. Felix concluded by the way they where taking everything religiously and referring to each other in such manners, Felix guessed that they where some kind of Wizarding cult of sorts.

Walking around the greenhouse, Gwen turned around hearing yelling and saw two members of the BFC with Shadow and Felix bound, Gwen quickly aimed her wand at the closer of the two older wizards (Using the term loosely). "Expelliarmus! Langlock! Stupefy!" she yelled using a trick that she learned from her best friend Vic aiming three jests of light toward Selena. She approached the group with a murderous look in her ruby eyes. "Let them go! What did they ever do to you?" she asked coldly.
After her last encounter with Bismarck, Gwen found even more reason to fight against the ministry. She didn't care if she got arrested or kill in the process, she was going to get Shadow and Felix free. Her mulicolored hair was tied back and her robes fluttered at her feet. Glaring at the 'Priest' the Slytherin looked over toward Shadow and Felix then back that the BFC member. "What use do you think two students that aren't of age will prove to your corrupt and vile organization?" the eighteen year old asked in an icy tone.
"Unholy?" Selena responded, her face no more emotional than it was before. "I daresay Talon would dislike that statement - he's given his all to assist our cause." Her hard blue eyes glanced once more to the one whom Father Bismarck had never seen before - who looked ready to defecate himself with fear at the thought of such sinister law enforcement officials.
"Tsk tsk," Selena said with her cold, unsympathetic voice, pointing her slender wand to the Lion badge pinned to the boy's school robes, "You shame Gryffindor house with that expression. I suppose they just don't teach you to be tough anymore. Don't worry little one, you will come out of this unharmed if you cooperate."
'Expelliarmus - Langlock - Stupefy'
"Well now," Selena had time to mutter, her monotonous exterior being replaced with a look of intrigue. Her wand flying from her hand from the first grader spell, the trained woman turned in place and grabbed it with her right hand, producing a blue shield that deflected off the ensuing hexes. "Interesting wandwork. You must be the little one who believes chaos is the answer."

There was a shudder of light and the invisible Father appeared next to the newcomer, the Slytherin student. His wand was pointed at her head and there was a look of grim satisfaction on his face. Fernando felt like this was even more reason to impose some new laws, new order, onto this place. He never much liked schools. They were always ran by people with no idea how to control anyone. Apparently, this Talon was unable to enforce any power over his students. Fernando believed he could be a much more competent leader...
Also, there was the added bonus of the access to all the naughty students...
His sinful desires would have to wait until later, when he was alone with the pale one. For now, though, the girl had attempted to harm his Mother Superior. And, despite all of the Father's faults, the one virtue was his devout loyalty to his God and the Church. So, by attacking his Mother Superior, Gwen was committing heresy. No one was allowed to harm the Voice of the Church. No one. His face went from grim satisfaction to hate in an instant. An actor, perhaps? Or maybe he was incapable of more than one emotion at a time.
"You little wench! Rotten little child! You are under arrest, you hear! Under arrest! The Ministry will be glad to pack your things up and send you straight to Azkaban, you filthy little wench! Heretic!"
He jabbed his wand into Gwen's cheek, hard.
"May the heavenly Father have mercy on you, you filthy demon! If not for my love for you and all of mankind, I would murder you! I would slay you right here!"
He shoved Gwen towards the ground and then bowed to his Mother Superior.
"I see that you are alive and well, Mother Superior. Your safety is all that matters to me, hallowed be his name, and I shall now bring these demons to the pin, if you will excuse me."
Selena Wolfsong walked out of the shadows of a tree deciding that she had watched this long enough. She smirked as her silver eyes met both elder witch and wizard and cold eyes turned to a glare. Her own spell wasn't aimed at the elder ones, it was aimed at both wolf, Felix, and Shadow, hoping it would release them.
"Then I daresay that Talon would dislike the Ministry placing spells on his own students without a cause. For all you know that these students haven't broke the rules. And if I hadn't known any better, you were the ones breaking the rules by trespassing on Firefox Univeristy property. Unless you have a warrent, which I doubt! "
The young Ravenclaw had growled this at them as she walked towards Felix and Shadow before whispering, "Are you guys alright?"
"Thank you ma'am, but there is no need to lie. You see, the government and your little organization are the chaotic sinners cast upon this world. I see myself leaning toward letting the country be aware of your corupt power," she smirked. "The dark mark was merely a calling card telling the ministry that there are people willing to fight to end the corruption," she spoke coldly.
Gwen watched with a smirk as the finite charm was cast upon Shadow, Felix and the wolves. She was glad that the number as far as skill was almost equal. When Fernando insulted her and shoved her toward the ground, the Slytherin sighed and aimed her wand at him. "Never turn your back on a possible threat," she hissed her eyes burning with a sadistic glint. "And I agree with the Ravenclaw, in all senses," she sighed as she started going through a list of dark and illegal magic.

Fernando became sorely pissed, to spare an expletive. Another student trying to save the doomed duo of wolf riders had arrived, and Fernando was sick of it. He rose from his bow and aimed his wand at the wolves and the riders, the charms shooting out from the wand again, jailing the criminals after they were free for less than a second. Then he flicked his wand to the newcomer and performed the silencing charm, "Silencio!".
He shot another then white beam at the girl, which would disarm her, then he rushed towards the frozen students and the chained wolves. With a flick of his wand, they all dragged across the ground towards him. He put one of the paralyzed students over each shoulder, than put his hands on the two wolves, chained down with the painful iron.
"Mother Superior. Deal with the two girls. These two are returning to headquarters with me. I will question them and tag the dogs. Until later, I suppose."
With that there was a pop and the two students and the wolves were gone along with the father.
Selena's eyes widened when the spell was cast but something in her mind clicked when she held up her own wand to cast a spell on her own, praying it would protect her if not deflect it.
"Expelliarmus!"
The Ravenclaw wasn't frozen yet, running towards the madman with one fist raised in the air, giving it all when the loner punched him as hard as she could. But ended up falling in the mud as soon as the man disappeared. The boys would need to figure out how to escape themselves.
Sticks and stones would break my bones but words will never hurt me...Man, what a hoax that saying is...
