Inspiration requires perspiration
Name: Morgana Seraphina Lylwen Elle Gwendolyn Pendragon
Nicknames: Morgan, Cap'n Morgan, Momo
Age: 18
Birthday: 27APR
House: Ravenclaw (Alumni)
Year: N/A
Zodiac Sign: Taurus
The first thing people usually note about Morgan is not her platinum blond hair nor her amber eyes. The first thing most people notice is how tall she is. She has always been tall for her age. The impression of height is made even more conspicuous by how thin she is. Morgan has few curves to speak of, having an elegant, long-limbed form that in her teen years was admittedly quite lanky. This is not to say that she is without curves entirely, but her figure is not as voluptuous as her sister‘s.
Her clothing style is in constant flux, since she enjoys experimenting with fashions, especially muggle fashions, although her sense of style is never exactly 'modern'. She is a dab hand at household spells like stitching, mending or embroidery, but she can also handle sewing the muggle way. She does, however, often dress in shades of blue, not only because it is the color of her former house, but also because she feels it sets her natural coloring off nicely. She also loves the color green, which is her favorite.
Her face is framed by long, platinum blond hair that sometimes looks stark white in certain light. Her complexion is medium, being neither exceptionally pale nor tanned. She spends a fair amount of time out of doors, and has kept up some of her exercises from her time playing professional quidditch, so she is very toned, although not muscular. Her features are refined, and very pretty. Her mouth is full, under a straight nose that is, perhaps, just a shade long. Her eyes are wide, and are a reddish amber in color. Her cheekbones are high, and her brows are well arched. She seldom wears makeup of any kind, because she feels it's a waste of time.
Morgan, at first, is serious, formal, polite and cautious. She is always friendly and caring, but as she gets to know someone, she becomes more so. She is a happy person who is content and comfortable with who she is and generally what she’s about. She is serious about teaching, and wants her students to do well.
She is fairly clingy with friends, fearing rejection and loneliness. Her greatest fear is the fear of being unloved, although she also is skittish around insects, especially roaches. She despises people she perceives as trust-breakers. She cannot stand liars in the least, and considers secrecy to be almost as bad. She is sometimes impatient with others, and loathes surprises (she loves habit and routine, however, and is highly predictable).
The truth is, she holds everyone to the same high standards of behavior to which she holds herself. And she is deeply disappointed when they don't measure up. Including her. Many times, her own expectations of herself have caused her anguish. She has often been truly disappointed in her own lack of perfection.
She has a deep and abiding interest in reading everything she can get her hands on, especially history books, and herbology, for which she has a special passion. She is a good flier, and is currently a beater and Quidditch captain for Ravenclaw’s house team. Other interests of hers are animals (both magical and mundane), music, the healing arts, and magical theory.
Her skill in magic is high and she is a competent witch. She excels at casting illusions and doing wandless work. She enjoys herbology and CoMC. She is fairly good at potions, though it is not what she would consider one of her strengths. She merely finds it easy to follow the directions presented. As a special gift, she is skilled at working with animals, especially snakes. She is a Parselmouth and has the ability to communicate with animals somewhat. However, transfiguration is by far her worst subject.
Relationship Status: Single
Morgan’s friends and acquaintances are many and varied. She feels that her closest friends are Tristan, Sparky and Ashelle, although there are plenty more that she would classify as ‘good friends‘. All in all, she gets along easily with others, often taking on a sisterly or even maternal role. She has no real enemies.
Morgan has had her share of crushes and love affairs during her school years. First, she had a crush on Muryllis, the head boy in her third year. Nothing came of her affection, however, and she soon recovered from her schoolgirl feelings for him. Next, there was Thomas Lucre, school ladies’ man. Morgan fell for him hard, but gave him up after an intense rivalry and subsequent friendship with the other girl he was seeing. Her first kiss was given to her by Vicktor Andreev, a Russian boy from her own house. They dated for a short time, but he eventually went back home. After that, Morgan dated no one for a while, focusing on herself and her studies.
She became entangled with a Slytherin named Malachy. Malachy was her longest relationship, spanning most of a year. However, she caught him with one of her friends one day, and the sight sent her into a spiral of depression, which only concluded after a painful failed suicide attempt. She picked up the pieces and after a while began a fuzzy relationship with Shadow Clearwater, another Slytherin and Malachy’s rival and cousin. Shadow didn’t last long, and their relationship was never really defined. On Valentine’s day of her sixteenth year, Malachy’s plan to slip her a love potion sort of backfired, although she was still affected by it. She realized her true feelings for an acquaintance of hers, Lucius Dante Infernus, a Gryffindor boy. She dated Lucius for seven months before they broke up.
Currently, she is dating no one, and is intent on her doing her job well, although, romance is still a possibility at some future time.
Morgan’s family is small, being only her mother, father and twin sister. She is close to her father’s brother, Yoseph and his family. Morgan’s father is Nigel Pendragon, a pure blood wizard descended from Arthur Pendragon. His brother is Morgan's Uncle Yoseph, who is the father of Morgan's cousin Tristan. Nigel is tall and fair like Morgan. Morticia LeHughes Pendragon is Morgan‘s mother. Like her husband she is a pureblood, and she is descended from Moira Pendragon, Morgana LeFay's first born and Mordred's elder sister.
Morgan has a twin sister, Gwyneviere who she is older than by five full minutes. Gwyn favors their mother in looks, unlike, Morgan who more closely resembles their father. Tristan Pendragon is technically Morgan's cousin, but she regards him as a brother and one of her closest friends. Tristan is tall and blonde with the amber eyes that are the trade mark of all Pendragons.
Morgan has been disowned by her family, after she left school in her seventh year to pursue a career in professional quidditch.

Morgana Seraphina Gwendolyn Elle Lyllywen Pendragon is the first-born child of Nigel and Morticia Pendragon. Her father works for the ministry of magic in the U.K. as an ambassador to Spain and her mother, a direct female-line descendant of Morgana Le Fey, spends most of her time studying anything she can about her ancestress, as well as playing the part of well-to-do wife and socialite. Morticia has compiled a not unimpressive family history as well as mastering most of the magic Morgana invented considering such magic a family secret. Morticia also has a predilection for giving her children entirely too many middle names.DERP!DERP!DERP!
The early years of Morgan's life were spent mostly in the company of her nanny and her twin sister, but it was clear early on that although Morgan was the older child, Gwyn was clearly preferred by their mother, perhaps because Gwyn bore such a striking resemblance to her. While Morgan's early examples of magical talent were mostly healing spells, or spells beneficial to others, Gwyn displayed an aptitude for the illusion and darker magics that made LeFay famous. Upon Gwyn and Morgan's sixth birthday, Morticia decided that the time had come for Morgan to claim her birthright by beginning to learn the 'family' magic handed down from mother to eldest daughter for centuries. However, Morticia broke with the tradition by allowing Gwyn to begin learning it too.
For the first few years of her home schooling, Morgan and her sister learned history and theory, practiced potion-making and watched demonstrations by their mother as neither had a wand yet. The lessons were hard and often left both girls, particularly the fragile Morgan, totally exhausted. The only relief she got came in the form of her friends, Tristan, her cousin, who taught her about Music and Flying; and Rose, the daughter of one of her Father‘s colleagues, who was the only girl, other than her own sister, that Morgan was allowed to spend much time with.
Upon the girls' eleventh birthday, both were taken to get wands, Morgan's was an eleven inch white ash wand with a core of dryad hair, good for charms and healing spells. Gwyn's on the other hand was thirteen inches, made of ebony with a dragon heartstring core. For the next two years, Morgan continued to be home-schooled with her sister, while her relations with her family got even more strained. After an incident during one of her mother's lessons, when her sister 'accidentally' used sectumsempra on Morgan while her back was turned, Morgan elected to attend FFU to research her entire family history in an attempt to locate the Holy Grail, however, since she has begun her schooling, many events have conspired to distract her from this goal, and she has now all but forgotten it entirely.
Since she has begun, she experienced a minor breakdown following the death of some of her friends in the Shadow War, but rose out of it to eventually become her house's prefect, and the captain of the Ravenclaw Quidditch Team, where she plays in the position of beater. She then proceeded to have a fairly normal time at school, making friends and falling for boys. After her long-term relationship with Malachy, she became very despondent and depressed. She ultimately decided to take her own life by intentionally crashing her broom into the ground. Fortunately, the attempt was failed, although it did cause her many serious injuries.
She pulled though her injuries, pulling herself together emotionally and mentally as well as physically. By the time the next term started, Morgan was a much more confident person, more comfortable with herself and less demanding of herself and others.
During her seventh year, Morgan got a few offers from various professional and semi-professional quidditch teams, and decided to accept the offer from the Welsh Dragons, Morgan's favorite team. After she left school, Morticia was outraged and disowned her daughter, cutting her off from the family funds, and making it clear to Morgan that she was no longer welcome. During Morgan's second quidditch game, however, she was involved in an accident in which she lost her leg. She now wears a prosthetic silver leg. Having no where else to go, she returned to Spain after being released from the hospital, and got a job teaching Charms at Firefox.
