(ooc: You can respond to this or not, I did not see the disclaimer before I posted this.)
"Expecto Patronum!" A woman's voice echoed throughout the enclosed cell as a shimmering silver Lioness erupted from the edge of the caster's wand. The Dementors that had encircled Atra found themselves fleeing in distaste at the sight of the magical guardian. The Sorceress approached the metaphorical 'bars' of the cell, truly designed to protect more against mystical retribution instead of physical. A pale yet resolute hand was placed upon the shield, and cold eyes stared down onto the unconscious criminal inside.
-A few moments before-
"Floor B15, Shadow Ward." The elevator's recorded voice said calmly, not at all reflecting what that floor happened to contain. A single woman, 5'11" in height, intimidating in posture, stood outside the closing doors, her face completely devoid of emotion. How ridiculous, the woman thought her superior's thoughts, That they would make an entire ward dedicated to the followers of that useless Scorpius.
Not that the Mother Superior and Voice of the Black Forest Church had ever known the Count of Infamy. Rather it was simply the fact that Scorpius was a wizard, one of their own, and almost everyone had labled him on the same level as true villains, like the Vampires and Lycans that had made their home in Spain. Or, to be more precise, it was the fact that the Count had gained the respect and indeed, love, of so many followers. Father Bismarck himself, whom Selena knew was the light and the guiding force of all good in the world, did not have as great an army as Scorpius during the height of his power.
Which was exactly what brought Selena here, to the "Shadow Ward", an overly optimistic name given probably with a degree of ego that implied that one day all of the former Society would find itself incarcerated in its depths. Only one, however, was its captive at the moment - the quarry of one Tal...no, the name would not even be thought of. Not if it didn't have to be.
"Excuse me," a purple robed wizard said upon Selena's entry into the guard's room, "This is a restricted area and on behalf of the Inter -" "You," the cold woman cut him off, "Are the wizard who told me the wrong address, am I right?" The wizard was rather curious as to what the woman meant at first, but then realized exactly what she was referring to. "Yes, I was not certain if you were indeed a friend or foe."
"Then I would suggest you recall that I am, in fact, a friend, and also a higher ranking official than you in this little mock government. I would prefer you get out, now, so I can have a conversation with the Mademoiselle Alveus." The wizard shook his head, "I'm afraid I can't do that ma'am. Orders from Plutus himself state I am never to leave my watch on this prisoner, her escaping would be the worst possible failure our prison system could possibly -"
"Dementors?" Selena cut him off, looking into the room where Alveus slept, almost feeling their horrid delight at the optimism of the captive that they would soon suck away. "You have Dementors here? In this cell? Do you have any idea what - Father Bismarck - our entire group? Dementors, the filthy creatures, most vile beings on this planet!" With a quick flick, the Wizard's wand was expelled, and the Mother Superior had her wand pointed at his head. "Get out. Now." The Wizard took no time to run to the elevator, possibly hoping to get a hold of Julius Plutus and report a threat from a superior.
Maybe this would get him that raise.
...
"Mademoiselle Alveus," the Witch said calmly, her eyes still pouring down onto the unconscious prisoner. A part of Selena knew this simple stating of Atra's name would not awaken her, but it was a common courtesy before she would enter phase 2: "Mademoiselle Alveus! Get up! Now!" The Mother Superior roared, her powerful hand striking against the shield.
