The Unknown One's dispelling of the robes was to be expected - if Muryllis had bothered to put two and two together, he would have realized that this Dark Wizard was both powerful and old enough to have created, not just owned, the raiment. No matter - he fluidly summoned his own robes as the enchanted ones disappeared, keeping him from standing around in the middle of a battle half-naked.
A reflection of his fiery attack caused the Justiciar to lose precious time. Holding his ground, he channeled a hasty Parma Acuta, allowing the incoming flames to rush harmlessly past him. Within moments, Unknown had disappeared, immediately blasting his way out of the street, directly beneath Forbes. The next few moves were quick, as the Auror launched three spells and used a third to attempt to trap Unknown. The lost time was redeemed - Muryllis acted.
Gaining some distance, as anything related to Unknown tended to involve explosions and high velocities, the man pointed his ring-wand at the falling debris and, with bound silent incantations, superheated them and caused them to liquify. Another volley of Stupifies followed, and Muryllis took cover behind a building; splattered lava wasn't something he wanted to waste time dealing with.

The spells the auror had cast seemed juvenile to the Unknown one, and only the first one actually landed. He was moving rapidly, having fallen when his attack was deflected, and the other two came very close, but not close enough. He had mastered many, many, silent spells and, of course, the one he was most prominent in was Finite Incantatem, the spell to remove spells. He tucked and rolled, stood up, removed the silencing charm, and then heard the crash above him.
The heartened war veteran, having experienced many incidents of falling debris, was ready for that, but not for the lava which it became. He acted as quickly as he could, and the only spell which came to mind was one his alter-ego had used...
"PROTEGO AMPLECTOR! AGUAMAXIMA!"
The shield spell combined with the water spell, creating a bubble of water around Unknown. The water was strengthened by the shield charm and supported the lava as it turned to rock around him. The amount of steam, though, was insane, creating a fog inside the entire shielded area created by the auror. The stunning spells sent by Unknown's ex-berserker collided with the new rock and sent shards of it flying, but they could not penetrate the thick layer of stone.
The rock burst open and sent shards flying straight towards the auror. Unknown took advantage of the auror's moment of excitement and sent two thin and deadly green beams along with the stone. He then rolled to the left and aimed his wand in the direction of where he had once knew Muryllis to be. Not seeing the Justiciar, he deduced he had taken cover and destroyed the building which Mury was hidden behind.

As the rocky prison hardened around The Unknown One, the small smile that was on Forbes' mouth tugged a little harder at the corners and the man allowed himself to let it become a grin. Before him was the mighty dark wizard that Iberia's people spoke of in utter terror, and yet there he lie beneath a ton of rubble. That grin was wiped off of Julian's face in a matter of seconds: there wasn't even a sound that alerted him that the insane fiend was breaking free. The pieces of building exploded, sending concrete shards and plaster bits flying, and the Head Auror throw himself to the ground to avoid the sharpnel. He wasn't quick enough though: 3 pieces of concrete pieced his right arm and shattered the bone near the shoulder.
Screaming in pain, the Maltan man would've never realized that taking this hit was far better than being on the receiving end of the two spells that flew over head. Blood oozed from his wounds, and the pain was so intense that he felt like he wouldn't make it. Thankfully, the adrenaline and the endorphines kicked into play but he still felt a throbbing sensation where there should be none. Peeking out between his locks of dark brown hair, the man was assured that no more debris was hurtling through the air so he wobbily stood up on his feet. "Blackguard!" shouted Forbes at Unknown, his body quivering in both shock and rage, "It is time for you to meet your maker! Avarda Ka!". As the Auror's right forearm floppily aimed at The Unknown One, Julian's grey eyes fogged over with the dawning realization: his wand was no longer in his hand.
Without his wand and his right arm out of commission, that only left a few tools available to Mister Forbes. The first was the rapier in his left hand and the second was the tattoo of the Holy Cross on his chest. However to use that second alternative could very well be the end of him, and from what he currently saw it was clear that the people of the Tunnel stilled needed an officer on the streets. So the man in the outlandish garb chose option one.
"Fight me Unknown! Fight me like a man fights an equal!" roared Julian as he raced toward the dark wizard, spittle flying back from his mouth and staining his goatee. His rapier was in the garde position for the moment, but all it took was a simple disengaging manuver, and Forbes' blade would be underneath his adversary's and puncturing his liver with a fine thrust. And besides even if he missed or even if the Unknown One got the better of him, he would give Muryliss the time to strike at the Unknown One while he was focused on the mad Maltan. As if enraptured in a charge of Shakespearan proportions, Julian Forbes ran on: intent on forcing the vile rapscallion to yield or finishing him off for the good of Iberia.
And if he didn't survive: perhaps a play would be written about his fight this day.
Though no longer molten, Unknown's stone prison had, as was expected, ceased to exist in as explosive a way as possible. This was in the form of piercing shards which flew in the general direction of Forbes, wounding him - he was lucky to have dodged the two Avada Kedavra curses which flew overhead. Then came Muryllis's turn.
Unfortunately for the Ravenclaw alumnus, his skill with counters was better on the less destructive side of the offensive spectrum of spells - a Reducto, however, was much easier to deal with than certain other incantations. Unless, of course, it was lobbed by the Unknown One - in which case his safest option was to hit the floor.
As the two-story shop he'd hidden behind took the form of a thick cloud of dust, Muryllis, now covered in scrapes and minor cuts, had a chance to supply himself with a necessary amount of air and protection until the bulk of the debris had blown over. Getting his bearings - and awaiting the return of his hearing - the Justiciar could see Forbes, apparently wandless, charging mindlessly at a yet-unharmed Unknown. The rage had slowly begun to manifest itself into something useable and effective within Muryllis, and now he pointed his ringed hand at the dark wizard. 'Avada Kedavra' flashed through his mind.

Fight honorably? Unknown would have laughed to that prospect had he had time to laugh. The auror was running at him with his sword at the ready, his wand arm horribly torn up and his wand misplaced. Unknown swished his wand at the man and though the spell Levicorpus! in his head, lifting the charging and defenseless man off his feet.
Unknown was prepared to give a speech, but he heard something from Muryllis' direction and his eyes grew wide. He heard a spell, magic, flying through the air. And from the corner of his eyes he saw green light. He would not have needed to see the light, for the sound of the spell was enough for him to recognize it as the killing curse. He had cast it often enough, had he not?
The first thing which crossed his mind was to dodge, but then he got an even better idea. He flicked his wand in the direction of the flying curse, as it was still a good distance away, and sent the auror into the path of the green flash. With the auror held by his spell and wandless, he suspected he would make a fine shield from the killing curse.

It is truly a sad day when the time-honored traditions around dueling are ignored and replaced with the insensitive mechanisms of magic. Forbes had expected some sort of counterattack from the Unknown One, but he had been at least been hoping against hope that it would be a physical one: not a spell. The breath was stolen from the Auror as he was levitated above the pavement, but instead of fear Julian had a faint smile on his face. At least he had given the more magically attuned of the two fighting the dark wizard an opening to get Unknown in his unawares.
Time seemed to slow down for the next 10 seconds. The dark haired Maltan heard the Killing Curse uttered and knew that it was aimed at the one who had lifted him into the air. He felt himself being moved and the only conclusion that made sense to him was that he was to become a living shield in the next five seconds. His achievements and his failures began to flash before his eyes, from the time he completed his first spell to when he was striped of his royal title. Foggy grey eyes steeled at the thought of his island being ruled by corruption and deceit, and Julian Forbes realized in the pit of his gut that he had to risk everything.
With an unknown emotion building behind his eyes, Julian dropped his blade and shouted, "Parco mihi ex censura insquequo cras!" At first nothing began to happen and the spell came closer and closer to striking Forbes in the chest. But then a light began to shine beneath his garb, and it quickly intensified into something so brilliant that lesser eyes would've been blinded. The light was in the shape of the cross that was tattooed across his chest; thus in dictating that he had activated his last resort. The mere spell that was holding him in the path of the spell was broken and Forbes fell to the ground with the grace of a feline.
Julian then moved into action as fast as possible, because as long as it was activated it sapped his health from him at a very high rate. Already were old wounds from duels past rupturing open, and the Auror felt weakened, but he knew that this was the only chance to defeat the Unknown One. Moving faster than imaginable, Forbes moved out of the spell's path and was behind the dark wizard. However for using that burst of supernatural speed, the muscles in his legs contracted to the point where they were trying to shatter his bones. Now was the time to act and Forbes grabbed Unknown's wand hand and aimed the wand at Unknown's chest. As all the fingers in his right hand fractured, Julian whispered in Unknown's ear, "Petrificus Totalus!" and with strength unimaginable for a man of Forbes' build, he shoved Unknown into the path of the incoming Killing Curse.
But no triumphant moment for Julian Forbes: he lay on the ground now broken and misshapen from using the signature spell of his order. He had moved so fast that time slowed down immensely and he struck so swiftly that he could make a building shudder. In return for these powers if he ever used them, every part of him that used the spell would be rendered useless. His fibulae and tibiae finally snapped under the pressure of his muscles, and now his entire left arm was no longer intact as a result of shoving Unknown. Internal bleeding mixed with his numerous war wounds reopening practically sealed Julian's fate. He would die within the hour if not treated, but at least he had trapped Unknown and sent him to his doom.
Oh, the foggy eyed Auror knew that Unknown wouldn't die: a man of his foulness would certainly have undergone the dark art of Horucruxes, and in time he would reassemble himself somewhere. But for now Julian Forbes closed his eyes, a smile on his face, knowing that at the immediate moment the town under his jurisdiction would be safe for awhile.

Unknown wondered if he had ever been this close to death. He could never remember a moment, even when in the Chamber, where the killing curse was so very close to himself. The auror had worked some sort of magic, some sort of holy magic, and Unknown was taken off guard by the horribly wounded man. His wand, though, was still pressed to his chest, despite his petrified state.
The next few seconds seemed like minutes. As the curse closed in on him, he shouted in his mind "FINITE INCANTATUM!" with what seemed to almost be fear. He fell to the side, trying to dodge the spell. The green light disappeared, and he assumed it hit the Auror. He hit the stone floor on his side, cracking a rib and knocking the wind out of him. And, in the second it took him to do a body check, he noticed something. Unknown was disappearing... again.
The killing curse had hit his left hand as he fell, destroying a ring on that hand. That ring, though, was a physical manifestation of the horcrux which was Muryllis. The ring had shattered, turned to dust, and the rest of Unknown was following. The serpentine wizard looked on shocked as he was essentially dying again. And, the only thing he could think while he was still in possession of Ras' body was "Oh-"
As the last bits of smoke left the body of the school nurse, Ras became conscious again. He was unsure of where he was, how he got there, or why he was hurt. His ribs began to glow with white light when he noticed the pain, though, and he was happy. But, he couldn't move, and soon passed out. He was exhausted from the battle he knew nothing about.
At the scene of the fight arrived Archibald. He wore black robes and he had a black hairs. Then he saw a devastation that was made to this place, because of some sort duel. Then from far distance he saw a flash of green light. Archibald knew this spell very well, that because he took out his wand, to be prepared for everything, and moved further until he reached a person, who was laying on the ground. Archibald didn't knew any one, that because he came closer to the laying human and quietly, with semi-evil smile whispered: "Ahhhh... how... vulnerable."
