Closing her eyes, Lucia couldn't help but take notice to the lack of time she had spent with Lucre since she started seeing him. She had cut the hair tail off the previous night and removed the ribbon that he had given her from her neck. Though she had told herself to give him time, it was beginning to become clear that he wasn't about to change any time soon.
Looking up at the sky as a flash of lightning danced across the sky, a single tear fell down her porcelain cheek. Not out of sadness, but rather frustration, at herself. The stars that normally covered the night sky were now covered with dark clouds of a storm that was to come soon.
Thinking back to rumors that had been sparking up around the school, Lucia slowly began to believe that they were true. She knew of two women that he had kissed, but with the new stories that were around brought her shock.
I should have left him at the lake she thought to herself as she slumped down the wall keeping her head low. Thunder resonated in the sky once more and rain started to fall, but she didn't really mind.
Looking up as the rain poured onto her cheeks, she sighed lightly as she summoned an umbrella taking out a parchment and pen.
Sending it off with a school owl, Lucia closed her eyes. "I love him with all my heart, but I seriously do not know what to do," she whispered. Thoughts of her past conversations with the blond heartbreak haunted her thoughts. She forgave him at the time, thinking nothing of it. But now just thinking about it felt like a thousand daggers were going through her heart.
"Please let him come," she muttered as she felt her hair sticking to her face. "I need to see if what I hear is true," she whispered as she leaned her head back against the stone wall.
Pausing in thought, she shook her head trying to get all negative thoughts from her head. "Please don't him be like the rest," she whispered her voice breaking. "I actually want to stay with him, perhaps for the rest of my short life," she said barely audible.

Dearest Lucre,
I need to speak to you about something. I cannot say right now in case this gets in the wrong hands, aka anyone else. Meet me at the tower. This is kind of important.
Love you with all my heart,
Lucia

Hold me now
I'm six feet from the edge and I'm thinking
That maybe six feet
Ain't so far down
I'm six feet from the edge and I'm thinking
That maybe six feet
Ain't so far down
