Well, Lucre finally went and did it.
With no luck in seeing her pretty face on campus, Lucre finally broke down and delivered a parchment to Victoria Azzurro's dorm in Hufflepuff. It was rather cowardly of him to be so indirect, but he wanted to be in private with her when he finally broke the news to her. The news that he was no longer really human. He had practiced this siring thing once since he had been turned, and it was also the first person he had ever fed on. He was deeply uncertain if this was something he wanted to do to Victoria, whether it was just a biting buddy or an actual eternal companion. It wasn't that he wasn't interested, quite the opposite. He just wanted to make sure that she was just as willing as him to go through such a venture. And to do that, he'd have to do the rare act of giving this girl full disclosure, being completely up-front, and letting her see him for exactly as he was.
Scary stuff indeed.
He had laid out a picnic with some fluffy and cheap cushions for seats and a surprisingly sturdy fold-out table made entirely of paper. He had done something like this once forthe Ravenclaw Headgirl, and he saw how that turned out. He almost would have been lead to believe girls were incvapable of flirting if they were in Ravenclaw, were it not for Aether. That was not the issue here though, as the girl he was waiting for was his actual current and official girlfriend, a blonde from Hufflepuff.
Reclining in his seat, he stoically waited for his company to arrive. Chances were more than likely eternity was going to be long, dreary, and lonesome after tonight. But at least he was going to be open with the first girl he ever felt naturally about opening up to.
