Alawhara had rolled Sparky onto a bed in the Hospital Wing and replaced Sparky's clothes with a hospital gown, one which was closed all the way around and had no straps, just in case. Also, he removed the hex from the boy and allowed him to move freely... well, sort of. He couldn't get off of his bed, and he couldn't grab anything at all. Sparky was, essentially, trapped in an invisible cage.
The Nurse left to his office to get in touch with Dr. Schmitt, as well as to arrange for a room to be made inside the school to house Dom, whom he had decided was in danger out there where Ministry officials could get to him at any time. This left the Lycan alone with Sparky, who could not run away or catch anything on fire.
Dom sat in a chair next to Sparky's hospital bed, his clothes shedding hairs onto the pristine white chair. After the incident where he lost all of his clothes at the dance, Dom had set out to make himself some clothes that would change with him, and would also keep him warm and dry. Of course, they were made of his own hair, well, his wolf hair attached to some hand made leather. The whole suit was a one piece that covered his body, but not his feet or arms.
He absent-mindedly picked the black hairs from the white seat, his eyes on the wall opposite him and the bed next to him. He wanted to say something, and he felt that he needed to say something, but he couldn't think to say anything to the boy next to him. He could only think about how the boy who's life he just saved has embarrassed him, made him cry, and even thrown-up because Dom had kissed him... Why, again, did he save the boy?
Because the boy was what was left of his human life. Because the boy reminded him of time before he had to live in the woods and hunt for his dinner. A time before he had to hide from the rest of humanity. And, because the boy was cute. Dom had to remember that.
"Sparky," he finally spoke, his voice soft, "Why... why did you... do that?"
