OOC: First post for Frog please.
BIC: Class was done. Felix had felt more of his own emotion that he had in a long time. The task was to stand in front of a Bogart and defeat it as if it really was what it became. Quite simple. The Bogart would become a worst fear, perhaps a dead friend? A vampire? A giant arachnid? But in Felix’s case, much to his surprise, it had become himself as an zombie. Now not only did this shock Felix, but his brain raced with the knowledge that even his worse fear he would never have to face. This would have been good news if it wasn’t for the flood of emotion that had come.
After casting a spell that Felix had practiced many, many times before, Professor Forgoil, ex-Hufflepuff prefect and the new, young, Defense Against the Dark Arts teacher, greatly praised Felix’s spellwork, then set Felix’s creativity as the standard. And Felix has explicitly tired to not show off this school year. The Professors comments made the Gryffindor Prefect forget his worries for a while, but still, the earlier incident with the mindless Felix still lingered. To top it off, Forgoil wanted to see Felix after class.
Felix had been asked many time before to be ‘seen’ after class by a Professor, but most of the time Felix knew what it was about. Either by logic or a slightly bit of his odd branch of telepathy. But this time, Felix wasn’t sure what it was about. It could have been the Inferi he had seen, or perhaps his spell? Maybe it was something completely irrelevant to the class. No matter what the case, soon after the class finished, Felix made his way to Forgoil’s office.
Sighing, Felix cheered himself up after he remembered that he had time to research Adhara’s Theory about magic, Adhara being the new Charms Professor. It was one of those things that could confine Felix to the library for days, and that was one reason that Felix was certain he would never be able to life away from Firefox.
Knocking on the door to Professor ‘Frog’s’ office, Felix waited.
