Smiling, Felix was quite glad that Willow liked it. She seemed to have a memoir in her head of the song and was dreamily following along, mouthing the words with him. When he had finished, she even gave him an additional ‘very’ to her ‘very good’ complement. That was quite an achievement in his book.
“Voice lessons?” Felix was pleased. “Nah, been in choirs and stuff but never any lessons, I just had a knack for it you could say… something I’d never mess up on, something no matter how much I tried to tweak it, it would song good.”

OOC: Say you'll forgive me for taking forever? <.<
IC: Felix could sing. Gwyneviere's russet eyes widened slightly, glittering with intrigue. Her delicate eyebrows rose meekly. The little gryffindor was certainly possessed by the music. A faint smile lined her lips. She was impressed.
There was also some muttering near the dark-haired gryffindor's ear. Her eyes flickered over to Willow, her eyes closed, her head rested on her hands. When the young lady suddenly stopped, Gwyneviere's eyes darted back to Felix, watching him completely as if she never looked toward the mysterious Willow at her side.
Gwyneviere gazed at their conversation fondly. Proud little Felix claimed it was all natural. For someone like him to sing such a song so well, it could easily be true.
She absentmindedly brushed her fingers along her black bangs. Then, she clapped her scrawny fingers together, grinning reservedly.
"You know what?" she said to them dangerously, a mischievous glint in her eye, a smirk at her lips, leaning forward ever so slightly. "Tonight. Gryffie house. Karaoke. Let's do it."
She jabbed her salad with her fork and stuck the leaves in her mouth. She swallowed them quickly.
"Well?" she cooed, a thin eyebrow raised.
There was no way Gwyneviere could think of even missing a fun evening like this. Perhaps Morgan was too busy enjoying herself to send messages to her family; by the way things were turning out, that could legitimately be the case. To think that her twin hid such joy from her... They certainly needed to talk, they did.

Ah, Gwyn liked it too. Even though her face was quite blank really, Felix could still tell that she was impressed even as her face was slightly blank, much like Morgan really. Yet still her eyes and face was animated enough to convey the feeling of awed at Felix’s awesome skill, at least, he like to think of it that way…
The mischievous grin and spark in the eyes, Felix knew that Gwyn had a evil scheme to try to manipulate her younger housemates to perform, when she actually voiced it, Felix had to laugh.
“Karaoke? Sounds fun! I’ll be there, but Gryffie house only? There only be like, three of us… I mean, Freakk and Selene are the only other two, Ashelle is way to busy and I have to chuckle at the thought of Ferris singing his heart out to a mike. Ho about doing it at the Canopy? We could invite everyone! I’m sure very few people would come anyway… unless you want it just Gryffindors, then, well sure! Anyway, I think it is a fabulous idea and you can most definitely count me in Gwyn.”
It was some times quite amusing how he debated things between himself. It wan’t even any really controversy anyway within his head, just too much thinking matched with his mouth moving to the thoughts.

Felix seemed thrilled.
"Freakk," Selene, Ashelle, and Ferris were other gryffindor students. With Willow, Felix, and Gwyneviere, that meant there were a total of seven gryffindor students--or seven gryffindor students that Felix knew. Gwyneviere made quick note of this.
"Excellent," she said cheerily. "How about you, Willow?
"And what is this... canopy? Like in a jungle? Firefox University has a canopy? Or is it only like a... metaphor--you know, that language thing where you substitute one word for another?"

"Canopy? Jungle? What? Oh! Uhh... unfortunately Firefox does not have a jungle Canopy, that would be fun, but thee is nicely sized pavilion right down by the Shining 'River', it's used for parties and stuff, it has paper lanterns, open air; instead of a roof, it has nice 'canopy' over it! Quite fun really, no one uses it... we can though! And invite more then just, what? Five people?"
Firstly, Felix knew it was called the 'Shining Lake' but out of habit, he had changed it in his vocabulary. Secondly, he knew perfectly well that the total was seven, but still he under exaggerated to convince Gwyn.

Willow had zoned out for the most part, but at Felix's excited tone, she could do nothing else but looked back up and come back into the conversation. "What're you two planning?" she mumbled, having devoured her eggs. "Oh...party..sure," she blinked. "Sorry, my brain isn't working at all right now. Sure...who else are we inviting?" Willow drained a glass of orange juice. "Just Gryffindors or what? On the canopy? Ugh." What am I getting dragged in to?

Gwyneviere smiled and leaned back, forgetting about her salad and not noticing the fork still in her hand.
"I don't see," she replied, "why only gryffindors should come out and party. I think that any poor soul who wants to join us in our jubilant display should come along."
She paused, distracted, her delicate face losing the smile and gazed into the ceiling. She carelessly rested teeth of the fork on her small lips, her hand holding it quaintly.
She blinked, snapping out of her reverie, and she turned back to her audience. She grinned and stabbed the fork into her salad without a thought, squishing her leaves together. Her hands came back together, comforting each other in their spindles of fingers and soft skin.
"Of course, I don't know anyone yet, really." Her smile became devilish, and she leaned toward the spacey Willow, hopefully stealing her attention again, tugging her toward the present. "So how about you? Do you know anyone to invite?"
Her glittering eyes turned to Felix. "You?"
She leaned back and watched the pair of them, smirking. "I think we should invite everyone we know--and like--just for fun." She doubted there would be anyone she would not like, but her friends already had plenty of time to make enemies. "I'm sure the blasphemous thought of karaoke will scare most of the other people who know about it away.

Willow seemed still slightly baffled about it all but Gwyn liked the idea. She seemed to get the impression thought that ever sane person would be scared of the idea of Karaoke. What wasn’t to like about? Embarrassing yourself by singing some random song to everyone, reading off subtitled, most assuredly not being able to sound as good as the original singer in any way possible.
“Do I know anyone to invite? I would invite the whole school! I mean, I can think of about over ten other people from other houses! Lets see… from Ravenclaw we have: Hope, Ivory, Onyx, Selena, Torrid, that is if he can sing after being in a coma for a month or two; Morgan, the other Willow. Hufflepuff: Toby, Azreallia; even though I despises him Morgan is sure to invite her boyfriend Malachy from Slytherin, Gwen, Gwen will probably bring Shadow, even if he’s going to try and kill me, Toshiya… and I know some more Slytherin but I really don’t want to invite them. Anyone else I can think off…”
“I think I got everyone. Yeah, sure, half of them will decline, but we can still hope, eh? I have the perfect thing for a extreme radio that will be able to pick up any song being played anywhere. Morgan helped me make it. I can whip up a speaker or two, with Mo’s help; and if Morgan is coming, I’m sure she’ll be able to get the House-elves to lend some food, she is really good friends with them you know! Oh, and Morgan…”
Felix pauses, he has mentioned Morgan six times in the last single minute. Weren’t Morgan and Gwyn worst enemies? Oops… Maybe the feud was over, I mean, Gwyn had been here for weeks and the roof was still over their heads. Maybe he as Gwyn what her side of the story was… in any case, Felix needed to change the subject.
“When are we doing this anyway? Tonight? If it’s in the dark, I have a perfect spell for creating a ton of little lights floating! I’m not powerful enough to cast it, but I’m sure Morgan could…”
Seven times.
