It was a few day before the Winter holiday. Many students where preparing to leav. One of the few that had opted to stay at school, Was Paul, a sports loving Hufflepuff. Instead packing things he was taking care of one last assignment he had been putting off.
It was a DADA Assignment on the difference between different Lycanthropes. The only thing he knew about the wolf hybrids was that there where some rumored to be living in the forest just off the grounds, and he was getting his facts mixed up. He needed help but the dinning hall seemed completely empty. So he sat their in his school uniform wracking his brain.

Ashelle had been packing to go home all day and she was very hungry. She'd never imagined she'd bought so many things this year. She even had to break out the five lock trunk that Aunt Ashelle had bought for her. How she was going to carry a Trunk with a small room in it was beyond her, but perhaps she could ask one of the Kitchen House Elves to help her.
She decided to take a break and headed down to the Feasting Hall to get s tidbit of lunch before her journey home. When she got there she found a lone Hufflepuff working on some last minute homework. Surely all homework should've been turned in already? she thought to herself. Perhaps he is working on extra credit, she shrugged, Talk about a hard working Hufflepuff! then she giggled.
When she reached his table she recognized him as the kid who'd helped her rescue Chika from the pile of books! "Hi there," she said, "mind if I sit at your table for lunch? The Gryffindor table looks kinda lonely today." Indeed this was a typical British Isles understatement for the Gryffindor table was quiet empty.
Paul looked up to see the Prefect asking to sit down. "Oh, go ahead if you can find a seat." He said with an air of sarcastic humor. He looked back down at his nearly blank paper and he began developing a headache.
He looked back up at the Gryffindor. "Ashelle? Right? Do you know anything about Lycanthropes. This paper is late enougha and Im having trouble keeping the facts all strait."

Ashelle thought for a moment. "I have a good friend who is a Pureblood Lycan, and I have met a Werewolf once. What exactly are you messing up on?" She looked over at his paper and tired to read but seeing as it was upside-down she didn't get too far.
"Just so you know, I am no expert. Marc has told me that most other Lycans view him as a freak and his traditions as being cowardly. So if it's a good first hand acount you are after I am not sure I am the one to talk to. If you want a description I can help with that."
Ashelle took up a bowl of ramen that had appeared before her and began to eat, hoping no one would notice it. She likely shouldn't have started that new Naruto manga last night. She recalled vaguely wishing she could try every kind of ramen she could get her hands on before going to sleep. Good thing she was going home today, who knows how many ramans there were or how many days in a row she'd of had to eat it before she got to try all of them!
Paul looked at her skeptically. "You where face to face with a Lycan? Wheren't you scared? Wait your a Gryffindor of course not, but then he spoke to you, I thought Lycans ate people, well I guess you did say he was different." He noticed he was only getting more confused. Being muggle-born was not helping here. He had read about werewolves before and he had seen old black and white movie clips of 'The Wolfman' But that was about the depth of his knowledge.

Ashelle could see she'd only confused the boy further. Best to take this one step at a time.
"Marc is an exceptional case. There are a lot of Lycans out there who will eat you as soon as look at you. Never trust one unless you have excellent reasons too. If they swear they won't hurt you and they are in human form that's a good thing, but be on guard just in case. Oh and never go into the forest. It's like invading their house to them. You wouldn't do it to a witch or wizard, don't do it to them." Ashelle thought about it for a moment to make sure she'd given him all the right information, then nodding she said;
"So, what is the first question on the assignment? Even an Essay usually has a few starting point questions. That will give me a good idea of what I can tell you that would help." As Ashelle sipped her ramen she began to realize just how good it was and how Naruto Uzemaki could like it so much. This was going to be a good -and productive- lunch!
(OOC: Did I spell that last name right? Someone know how to spell Naruto's last name? PM me if you know, thanks!)
