Gwen looked around the dueling field for an unsuspecting opponent. Her sister had recently told her of some of the students dueling abilities, and yet she was not intimidated.
She wore a pair of black pants and a black form fitting t-shirt. Her black and red hair was held in many braids and dreads. She gave off the basic vibe that she was up to no good. She decided to wear green contacts that day.
Her emerald eyes looked down at the ground and a smirk played at her lips. Whoever she dueled today was in for a challenge.

Felix had yet to visit the dueling field and decided to try his hand at a simple duel. He didn’t want anything extravagant, just your average fight. He wore a lose Khakis and a white t-shirt with the words “Cast Avada Kedavra here à” pointing at his heart. The story behind the shirt was a long one and would take too long to explain. He entered the area and looked around for a free person to duel. The only person he could see was Gwen, the Slytherin girl who was trying to take over the ministry and was extremely skilled in the unforgivable curses. Felix just then regret wearing the shirt in fear that she would take it seriously. He walked over to her and pulled out his wand. “Gwen… haven’t seen you in a while… wann’a duel?”
((Blah, shortness!))

Gwen looked up toward the Griffindor who had just asked for a duel. Shrugging she gave him a soft smirk. "I guess," she sighed as she started to read his shirt. Cast Avada Kedavra here eh she mused as she suppressed laughter.
"You know, it's a bad idea to wear that shirt kid," she spoke softly locking eyes with Felix. "Because you never know who would take it seriously," she finished with emotionless eyes. Taking out her wand she aimed it carefully at Felix. "And don't worry I'll keep it clean for now," she smirked. "Langlock," she chanted quickly hoping to glue his tongue to the roof of his mouth.

Felix laughed slightly "Yeah... I really shouldn't, after the last time I saw you it's almost a death wish! When do we star..." Felix was in no way expecting that spell to be cast for he though that a duel was suppose to be a civilized event. The spell that Gwen cast was suppose to be 'Langlock' the Tongue Locking curse invented by the Half-blood prince ages ago. He had only known it because he was reading up on invented spells for he seamed to have a knack himself. The curse effected Felix greatly but not in the means intended. The spell it’s self was ‘Lang’, which means language, speak, and tongue. And ‘Lock’, which means to fasten. The spell when wrong because of instead of pronouncing it ‘Lang’ like ‘slang’ with an L, she pronounced it ‘Lac’ like ‘lack’. Because ‘lacus’ meaning ‘lake’ and the only large body of liquid was Felix’s stomach the result was the spell was Felix throwing up. The original spell never went into effect so now Felix could still speak between burst of vomit. “Petrificus Totalus” He also pointed to his stomach and muttered "Finite" as counter to Gwen's spell

"Heh, I knew what I was doing, if I wanted to kill you I would have done it instead of using the Imperious curse," she smirked.
Seeing a jet of light come close to her she quickly thought of a way to get out of her current situation. "Protego" she muttered casting a shiled to protect herself from his charm. "Alight it seems that you will be worth my time," she whispered as she aimed her wand again."Impedimenta," she sighed hoping to freeze the young Griffindor.

Felix let out a slight scoff when she said that she knew what she was doing because that spell that she cast was very awkward. Gwen easily shielded his spell and soon an Impediment charm was coming fast his way. He tried out a new spell that he had invented that deflected the spell back at its caster
“Alica Speculum” [literally: Spell Mirror]
The spell ricocheted off his shield and back at Gwen with surprising speed. The invented spell wasn’t as powerful as a normal shield spell so it knocked Felix off his feet. As he hit the ground green sparks dashed out of his wand in abundance. The result was Gwen’s spell would be flying right back at her followed by a flow of sparks that could mean many more peevish jinxes, hexes and curses.

"Holy crap," Gwen muttered as watched her spell comeback toward her. Ducking she looked up at Felix glaring. 'What the hell," she yelled at him as she cast another shiled charm over her head. Well I guess it's time to kick it up a notch or two she thought as she came up with another charm.
"Sectumsempra," she yelled hoping that the curse would do what it is supposed to.

Felix realized that a spell duel would be useless in this battle for Felix was a master trickster and Gwen knew dark magic. Her invisible sword attempted to slice Felix but his “Protego” was sufficient. He cast “Ostendo Alica” which shows spell visable. Both of there swords appeared as well as his shield.
“Let this be a duel of swordmanship skill and not of spells.”
((be back tonight))

"Why handle this the muggle way?" she asked in slight disgust. "When our way is so much better," she smirked. "Incarcerous," she yelled as ropes came from her wand and straight toward Felix. "And besides it is a truly pointless way to fight," she sighed.

Felix saw that the binding spell was being shoot at him. He sliced the ropes with his magic sword and then pointing the blade he muttered “Surculus Mucro” which propelled the magic sword right at Gwens heart. The sword should be hard to defect with a normal Protago because it was partly a solid material.
"See if this is inferior!"
((One of us should get hurt... we can't deflect everything!))

"Am I going to die here and now?" she asked herself as she stared at the sword as he came toward her. Stepping to the side slightly, she let the sword come across her arm instead of killing her. "So it seems that we are here to take the other's life I suppose," she shrugged. "Well here goes nothing," she muttered to herself as she cast the Antonin Dolohov's Curse upon Felix. If it hits he should be suffering from internal injuries she mused.

Gwen looked fearfully at the flying sword spiraling thought the air with terror, side stepping it not even trying to deflect it with a spell. His trick had worked because the sword was indeed just a spell but just visible and a shielding charm would have worked but Felix make it a illusion so now Gwen had a slash on her arm. He was quite satisfied with his minute victory but he realized that Gwen probably though that he was really trying to kill her. Her reply was the vicious Flamma Mucro the signature spell of Antonin Dolohov, the Death Eater during the famous battle of department of ministries. He tried to sidestep it but the zig-zag pattern of the purple flame was to unpredictable. He realized that the spell must be similar to a tracker so he dropped to the ground and cast a Protago over himself completely protecting him form the spell. But his other hand just exceeded the protection and jagged pain shot up his arm like a ragging fire. With the shield spell still pinning him to the ground he muttered “Locomotor Felix” And he shot upright. Still exhausted from the pain in his hand the best he could manage was a small Bat-Bogey Hex at Gwen. “Where both injured, this can’t go on forever!”

She looked up at the bogeys and laughed softly. "Oh but it can Felix," she smirked as she used Finite to get rid of the flying snot. taking aim again, Gwen looked over at her opponent. "Levicorpus" she spoke smoothly and hoped that he would dangle by his ankles.
This is getting rather pointless she thought to herself as she watched the beam of light fly toward the Griffindor.

Protago defended against the jinx with the intent of dangling him by his ankles. He decided to try Gwens own spell against her because it was very effective on him.
"Flamma Mucro!"
[that's just a indentation I put to the Antonin Dolohov spell... your right, this is slightly pointless.. we could have a third person join in...]

"Protego!," she shouted foring a shield to protect herself from the purple zig-zags. Sighing she lowered her wand. "OK, well I don't know about you, but I'm getting bored of this, wanna call it a draw?" she asked softly.
