Rezna caught the ball. Score remains 2 to 1 in the girl's favor.
It almost made it through the hoops. Almost, but it seemed Rezna's reflexes were a bit quicker than that. Seeing how this time there was no need to fly back down to retrieve the ball, the girl turned around to face Jeremy again. Placing the quaffle on her knees, the 'Puff decided to wait a moment to settle her heart, which was beating at a lighting pace.
"I think that was the best distraction the whole game," she told him after a moment, as she nodded toward his broom. "But please, don't do that again, alright?" Though her words carried a hint of a joke behind them, her tone was deadly serious as she finished the sentence, for she knew that such things were not to be joked about.
"I also noticed that you squint a bit. You know you could have told me that earlier, lighting this place up is hardly a problem." With that, Rezna pulled out her wand and aimed it toward the closest pair of hoops. "Relashio," she pronounced, sending fiery sparks above the hoops. When they were in position and before gravity took to work, the girl then murmured another quick charm to stop them in place. Turning about she did the same thing to the hoops at the far end of the stadium.
Though that did not offer much light, but the sparks reflected off of the golden hoops making the rings seem to glow with fire in the darkness around them. "I didn't want to make it too easy," she explained to Jeremy with a grin. "Darkness can be just another factor we're re-creating in this game. It can serve for bad weather which we might have in an upcoming game. But I think that seeing where you're throwing the ball is important to have a decent chance of scoring. But remember that they are sparks, frozen in space, yes, but they will burn you if you go near them. I don't think there is a reason to flying above the hoops, and the sparks are small and scattered, but keep that in mind."
With that, Rezna picked up the Quaffle and secured it under her right arm, urging her broom gently forward with her left. They had quite a way to go to reach the opposite hoops, but Rezna wasn't in a hurry. She still had a question she needed to answer; whereas Jeremy still had to position to place himself into before she got there.
"Favorite class..." she mused as they flew along, "I think it would have to be DADA at the moment. The reason for that is that our last lesson was wicked, and I think the only one I practiced on like crazy after class. It was telekinesis, and I'm sorry you missed it. But other than that, my most favorite has been History of Magic class and Potions, though I've had little of the latter at the moment."
Now they drew closer to the goals and Rezna decided it was high time she implemented another scoring strategy Jeremy would have to face. She had moved in an unpredictable manner horizontally, now it was time to do the same only vertically. Pulling the red ball closer to her side, Rezna waited until it hurt before she was certain that her next flight pattern wouldn't knock the thing out of her grasp. Pulling hard on her broom, the 'Puff shot up high in the air and angled to her right as she descended far below the hoops while at the same time nearing her destination. Placing her eye on the farthest most left hoop, Rezna flew even lower and closer to the center hoop before she shot up into the air with great speed and with the quaffle in her dominant right hand threw it over her broom and herself into the left shimmering gold hoop.
"And what's your favorite class?" she called at that moment, her eye on the quaffle. Despite it being her shot, Rezna hoped that Jeremy would catch it. After all, if he didn't, she wasn't sure what more she could do to help him improve as a keeper.
