Protégé stalled as long as he could, and it came out good in the end. The last player he had been expecting had arrived.
"Okay, now to explain how things are gonna go. We show up at the quidditch games, we put in effort, we do what we can to win. Pretty simple planning there. After the match, if we win, you can find me at the bar at Drakborough celebrating. If we lose, you can find me at the bar at Drakborough thinking about where we messed up. I'm keeping things simple here. If you don't show up at games, you get replaced. I'll decide on how many games it is later. You don't show up at practices, you get replaced. You'll only be moved to reserve, but that means even if you show up, you only play if someone else doesn't. After our first match, we can start recruiting, so don't worry about these gaps, I'm already planning. And if its a double elimination quidditch season, we can lose our first game, but we won't lose more. We got an advantage: while they run try-outs, we are already practicing. So we're gonna take advantage of that."
"The practice is going to run like this. Since we need two chasers, Fuu, Tobias, you two are going to alternate practicing as chaser and beater. The two chasers will try to score and get by Lethe, while the beater tries to hit them with the bludger. I'm just going to fly around and keep track of the match and have you alternate every now and then. Eventually, I'll step in as a chaser and the other chaser will try to intercept the passes."
Surveying the team, Protégé knew this practice would have to work. "Alright, let's go."
OOC:
K, here's how this will basically work. You just say what you are going to do, and roll the die. Everyone's stats are currently 0, so the dice roll will be the main factor. If you get hit by the bludger, your stats go down 2, to -2, -4, ect. If one player ain't showing up often, and we are waiting for his/her die roll, I'll roll, or I'll just say it worked. There you go.
