Shadow smirked at her teasing, lifting his gaze to the ceiling, "Yeah, I guess i'd proberly fail at that." He grinned.
"If you loose dress like a prep for a week,"
Shadow's eyes widenned as he looked back down at her. He stood in silence for a minute or two, dreading the idea of looking that way. A prep, he whined mentally, smiling uncertainly as he looked at her. "You're an evil woman, you know that," he smirked. "Alright, deal... but if I win, you gotta' face your worst."
These words made her smirk a bit wider. "Of course I know that," she said with pride. "But what do you mean by I have to face my worst?" she asked confused. "My worst what? Enemy? Fear?" she questioned still confused by his words. Please don't let it be fear she hoped to herself.
Sure she gave off a strong and stubborn vibe. But when it came down to it, Gwen was very insecure and had a lot of phobias. Including muggles, mirrors in dark rooms, and mice.

"Enemy, no. Fear," he smirked, kissing her hand gently. Maybe he was harsh, but he needed something in response to prepness. He shuddered, imagining the idea of walking around dressed that way. To have to wear branded clothing was one thing but making him wear slacks or tees... dare he say it, shorts.
He raised an eyebrow with curiousity, "But of course, if you're too chicken - I'll just take the money and go," he smirked. Even if she lost, he doubted he would feel a winner if it meant she was terrified. But it had to be done, and if she wanted, he'd be there with her when she faced her fears.
Glad that she didn't tell Shadow her worst fear, Gwen shook off the anxiety and smirked. "Please, what makes you think I would back down from a challenge." Well as for as her side there was one perk given Shadow didn't get anyone that knows her very well on his side. "But do you even know what my worst fear is?" she asked raising an eyebrow.
Time to prepare the camera she mused determined to win this war.

Shadow glanced aside, "Well, no... you gonna' tell me?" He grinned sheepishly, taking her other hand and swinging them both lightly. As far as physical strength went, he could win this. But he knew that Gwen was more powerful in magic than he... he's just have to pray she slipped or something.
(muse gone, and unbelievably annoying family calling me)
Looking down, Gwen closed her eyes and sighed. "My worst fear is losing you," she whispered. "I know it sounds sappy and everything, but it's the truth," she added. Opening her eyes she smiled sheepishly and shrugged. "My next worst fear is being bitten by a poisonous snake, then muggles, then mirrors," she said quickly.
"So for my rambling," she muttered looking back down again.

"Oh," Shadow breathed quietly, guilt welling up inside him. Bringing her lips to meet his, the teen held her close to him. He sighed as he pulled away, looking deep into her eyes. "Believe me, I won't make you face that fear... ever. I've put you through enough alreayd, and you've been so good to me. I couldn't do that to you."
Smiling after the brief kiss, Gwen looked up at Shadow. "Thank you," she whispered hugging him around the waist. "But if there is anything else you had in mind if you win I'll do it with no questions," she smirked. And she would, she stuck true to her word. Well for the most part.
Looking around, the black haired teen laughed a bit. "Wow it's a really nice view huh?" she asked softly.

Smirking gently as she hugged him, Shadow held his own arms around her shoulders, brushing his lips against her forehead. "I'm sure i'll think of something for the start. We'll have to declare everything to the troops anyway," he grinned as he spoke.
Laughing at her coment, he glanced towards where she had indicated. "I guess," he smiled, "Depends if you like that sort of thing," he shrugged as he remembered the view he missed so much. He longed to see the snow-mountains of Canada once more, but he knew he couldn't.
(I'm away monday and tuesday so no replies from me sorry)
Nodding lightly at the teen words, Gwen closed her eyes thinking of something to talk about. Or at least something to do. Crap and I haven't told Shadow that I was giving up this whole rebellion thing to join the Angelus Morti she shuttered in her mind. Might as well tell him now and get this whole thing over with she thought sadly hoping it wouldn't jeopardize their relationship.
"Shadow, I need to tell you something," she whispered meekly and almost fearful. "I'm giving up this whole rebellion thing. I don't see the point in it anymore," she whispered. "This world is always going to be corrupt, and it's never going to end. Human greed always seems to get in the way of things like this," she continued to whisper.

Shadow tore his gaze from her, staring out at the so called 'view' with clenched fists. He listened, unsure but magused in anger. "So, you'd rather just give up on a dream. You know the world is like this, but you don't stop trying, Gwen. You go ahead, I won't... Try living as the rogue, and live your life doing your own thing. To make some sort of difference. Just try being harrassed by the so-called 'Holy' man. And you see if you don't want vengence anymore," he snarled quietly, little more that a tempered whisper. but the heat of his tone was clear.
He turned back to face her, looking at the ring on her finger. "I still love you, whoever you are... but you tell me if you still want that," he muttered, kissing her gently on the lips before moving away towards the tower stairs.
Gwen looked down with a mixture of sorrow and anger in her eyes. Who was he to be talking to her like this, but none the less she did love him with all of her heart. I had a feeling that he would react this way she thought to herself as she continued to listen to Shadow's speech. Sure she still hated the ministry, but now was not the time to act upon it.
Standing up, Gwen leaned against the stone wall crossing her arms. He didn't even give her time to respond to his words or his actions. Meet him at the lake? For what? she asked herself as she waited a few moments before following.
