That familiar voice sent a pleasant shiver down Shadow's spine, he turned into Gwen as she kissed his cheek, wrapping his arms around her. "Hey babe," he spoke quietly, returning her gesture.
Glancing back at Jess, Shadow eyed the hand in her pocket - rolling his eyes slightly not really believing that this girl would stand a chance against Gwen. Then again it was stupid for someone to challenge a witch that was skilled in the dark arts. "Don't worry, I plan to," he grinned, hugging the pinkhaired girl tight.
The teen nodded slightly, aware that he shouldn't be talking about what side he had chosen to fight for when he was still on probation time. Forbes had said he would watch them, hell, he was proberly listening to the conversation right now. Shadow shot Gwen an unsure look. I can't say anything... "You're not on your own."

Jess smiled relieved that she hadn't been asking the question for no purpose; maybe they could all become friends. She hesitated for a moment but then pulled her hand out from her trouser pocket and placing her hand on her leg.
Shadow hadn't actually admitted to being against but he did say Jess wasn't on her own which made Jess believe that he was in fact against. The ministry wanted this good magical life but if evil were to take over good would look like a weak woodworm(random!!!!). The ministry went around saying people who kill should be punished; what about them? They killed Jess' parents so they should be punished. People should use their own rules against them.
But people were to afraid to stand up to the ministry; Jess wanted to but there was always a glitch in her plans which she could never overcome. One of the main ones was needing somebody else to help her but nobody would help her. Maybe these two would help. They could come up with a foolproof plan to take down the ministry.
Jess shook her head; she was thinking to big for a sixteen year old. She would have to bide her time and hope she becomes friends with Shadow and Gwen. They seemed to be simialiar to her so she could live with that. But she felt out of place as the the other two knew each other very well; but then there was Jess who was this outsider just tagging along.
Jess shook her head once again; she wouldn't just tag along if she became friends with them. She make sure her voice is heard; even if it's not a nice remark.
Jess figured if she were to become friends with her fellow Slytherins she would have to be more open; with the both of them. She pulled down her bracelet so it wasn't hiding from Gwen's view. Even though not telling Gwen and Shadow what the bracelet was about she felt as if she was being more open just letting them see it.
Removing her hand from her pocket, Gwen kept a steady gaze on the girl named Jess. "Don't worry I am also anti-ministry," she smirked as she remembered her meeting with Azrael and a few others. "I am sorry to hear about your parents," she whispered. "But if you wish we can help you avenge your parents, purify the ministry," she smirked. "And besides if we get Plutus out of office and place a less corrupt person in office, we might just be able to convince them through negotiations to put in place laws and regulations by the people," she smiled.
This whole thing has changed for Gwen. It was no longer about getting dark arts into the classrooms, it was more of a personal score. So many people's lives have been torn apart by different ministries, and this one was no different.

Jess nodded as a thanks for Gwen's condolences. She was pleased to hear that she was anti-ministry and surprised to hear about Gwen's plans. Jess had thought that she was too young but then Gwen goes and says something like that just out loud; as if it's everyday talk. Maybe it was? Jess didn't know but she shrugged the feeling of anyways.
She took off her jumper as she was feeling quite warm. There was a slight breeze; but it was a warm one. The sun was beaming down on the tower warming the whole place up. Jess looked at Shadow and smiled in a girly way.
"You seem to be very quiet now that your girlfriend has arrived! Why is that?"

Shadow listened, nodding once or twice as Gwen spoke. He laced his arms around her shoulders, hugging her from behind and kissing her neck gently. The teen watched as the brown haired girl removed her jumper, sighing quietly as she questioned him.
"You seem to be very quiet now that your girlfriend has arrived! Why is that?"
He shrugged, letting go of Gwen as he returned to the table and crossed his legs as he sat on the wood. "I ain't suposed to be talking about that subject. I agree with what you've both said, but I can't do much to help for next - erm," Shadow paused, counting off on his fingers, "six months. June 23rd to be precise."
