**open to anyone**
Sunlight filtered through the leaves of the many trees residing in Fenrir's wood. Birds were singing, bugs were buzzing; spring had come to the dark forest and had chased away most shadows. Most shadows...
At least one was still lurking. A womanly figure wrapped in a silken ebony cloak glided along the sunlit paths. It had been years since Evilyn had been to her childhood play place. Before the threat of "a monsterous lycan" had been taken seriously the nymph spent her leisure time in this wood as a girl. She knew nearly every inch of it, providing the trees hadn't moved in the last hundred years (you never know in the wizarding world...)
The nymph slowly made her way to the near dead-center of the forest where the largest tree still stood. A massive ancient aspen tree towered over its siblings as a king towers over his subjects. Evilyn lowered her hood and tied up her long black hair. She shielded her eyes, squinting at the top of the tree, and leapt for the lowest branch. Swinging herself up into a sitting position, Evie made another leap to another branch, and so climbed the giant until she reached the middle.
She was about twenty or thirty feet up in the air and could see for miles. Evilyn shifted into a comfortable position and gazed around at the beauty of the land. Her gaze fell upon Firefox University. A curl came to her perfectly bow-shaped pale blue lips.
It was hours later before the naiad decended back to the forest floor. The sun had gone down moments ago and the wood was slowly losing its inviting warmth. Not that Evilyn needed warmth, the Shining River wasn't exactly heated and the Diadem could get a bit drafty. She began her trip back to the edge of the woods but hadn't gotten far before she began to get the feeling that someone was following her....bg
