Willow resisted the urge to laugh at Felix's expression. It was like he'd forgotten something. A beat later he was glaring back at her. She got the feeling he was trying the same thing on her, it just wasn't working. His movement forward had almost looked involuntarily. Willow snuck a look at Roan to see if she had noticed, but the other lycan hadn't really seemed too...
Sorry. Eyes glittering misheviously, she wondered if she could get him to take off running or throw a roll at Roan. You shouldn't be able to hear me. This is weird.
Something cold and wet pressed into Willow's left hand, making her jump and go instantly on alert. A beat later she let out a woosh of air, heart beating rapidly. The straggly furred wolf curled up at her feet, whining softly.
"Gads Erin!" she hissed, dropping into a crouch beside him to tousle the fur along his shoulders. Then she remembered she hadn't shown him how to even shift back yet. He'd been in wolf form for days. Then again, so had she. Willow made a face, then looked guiltily back up at Roan and Felix. She managed another weak smile. "Seth wasn't the only regrettable thing that happened. You guys might have known him before, I don't know." She leaned over to whisper in Erin's ear.
"Just picture your human body. It's not that hard," Willow murmured before straightening back up. Her eyes flicked from Roan and Felix back down the multi-colored wolf. He looked slightly older than Willow when she was in wolf form, but he had a gangly, puppy look about him that she had shed a few weeks ago. "I lost it after Seth and I split up, and found Erin Drayton along the edge of the woods. And well.." She gestured helplessly at Erin.
