[ooc: Sorry it's quite vague about the amount that happenned.]
"If it were not for breaking those rules, there are those of us who would not be here as your pack, grandsire," Erin spoke up, swallowing his nerves for a more natural tone. He had stood for a long while in silence, for the majority not being questioned for it by the pack members. Being the pup of the pack had its upside, he supposed, not having to explain a period of quiet and being able to pass it off as unsure on his place. Though, that of course was also the case for him - he felt ignorant and out of place even speaking now.
And throughout the madness, somehow two new lycans appeared; one who apparantly knew Fenrir and another who's accent reflected similarities to the canadian's fading one. He would speak to him later, at least a language in common was a conversational starter. He stood quiet as their Alpha had shifted forms multiple times, declaring the shredding of their humanity and even, just for a moment, waging a play-war upon them. Was this how it always was? Confusing, fast-paced and unbelieveable to anyone who hadn't seen it for themselves?
No matter, he refused to be a statue for any longer.
"Sir," he began in a soft tone, after the outburst between both Fenrir and Roan, and watching as his grandsire sat in the dirt, "I am perhaps too young, here, to be called family - but these around you each call you there's. Some of us have two families, now, and neither would willingly or easily be displaced." Running a pale hand through his wild locks of untidy hair, Erin glanced once towards Willow before taking a small step forwards. "I will willingly stand by my family, yourself, of course, most included. That night we found the vampire on the grounds, there was a student, my nephew. In my eyes, a brother, and though I stand with you, I will protect him also if there stood a need. These students continue to fear you even when they do not know why they should - it is the elders who do not. And the vampires should be first and foremost those to fight."
There was little more he could say of which Roan hadn't spoken only moments before, but he hoped at least she would consider his views similar to hers. Maybe she'd realise he wasn't just a foolish child afterall.
"If I have spoken out of term, I apologise now. I merely felt I should contribute before joining your songs," he added, bowing his head once with a small smile. "If fear is to be invoked, please use it only for those who need to be fearful of us. And of you."
