Shadow shot his cousin a confused look, turning to face him fully. "You sure you ain't dreamt of it or something?" No, Shadow did not believe in contacting the dead. He believe in gods, and spirits but not communicating with them - as he had shown Morgan when he had caught her speaking to a grave of her friend. He'd practically disturbed the peacful rest she had been eternally placed in.
Malachy had a feeling shadow was being sarcastic. "Okay, then follow me, and we can pray I'm not just insane." He said grimly. The last part was said under his bread as he turned around. 'Now how am I suppose to prove it? and this better be good.' He thought outwardly. He followed the voices directions and walked to the far end of the Crypt to a half buried open tomb. 'Look at the door and the hinges' Malachy did so he hadn't checked to see if shadow was following him he was half doing this to confirm his own sanity.
Malachy walked over to the door. It was made out of metal Ih had no lock just bare handles that indicated the door swung out. He noticed their was a chain and pad lock laying on the ground infront of the door. The door was undamaged do it hadn't been done by something that was inside. Thank god because he'd rather not run into inferi or vampires. He also noticed that the rust on the hinges was disturbed so it had been opened recently. ' Now go inside Keep the door open and light your wand.' Malachy nodded and pulled the door open with a rough creaking sound. he pulled out his wand and said. "Lumos"his wand tip lite brightly. Seeing a brilliant white light on to the narrow stone walls of the tomb. the passage seemed to goo deeper into the ground than he though. He walked inside.
To the end of the tomb. Now look on the floor. Carefully and you will have proof that I have not lead you on a wild goose chase. "Malachy crouched down to the ground, pointing his wand at the floor what he saw didn't seem like much. Just a few qwad os animal fur and hair. 'What?' 'It's the fur of Fenris Fenrir, the great Lycon , and lord of the near by woods. Allow us to show you the last visitors to this tomb.' There was a suden flash. and then he saw something, a vision . "So that's why they are after her" He whispered to himself. but tunnel echoed everything. He pucked of the fur with his fingers, noticing that it was gray and shaggy, this did indeed belong to a large canine, but to Fenrir himself. "If the disembodied voices I've been hearing are right, then they are spirits that just led me to some very rare potions ingredients. Assuming Shadow followed him he turned. "If I'm a medium then we'll discover that his wad of fur was once attached to the Lord of Fenrir's woods." he said seeming content in having confirmed something amazingly unique about himself. He held the fur up to the wand light, he would have to go and speak with Prof. Birchheel when he had the chance.

Following in silence with a smirk, Shadow watched as Malachy approached the door. He was about to protest to opening it, but then again, that would show him a coward. But, really, he couldn't be shown as much more of a coward than his cousin had already seen. The serpent kept a pokerface as the other teen began to snoot around inside the chamber.
...And then he showed Shadow fur?
"If I'm a medium then we'll discover that his wad of fur was once attached to the Lord of Fenrir's woods."
Shadow's small laughter came to an abrupt stop. Fenris Fenrir had tried to kill him, spoken of tearing off his limbs and leaving him to die slowly...and painfully. The wild-haired teen was to tell noone that Fenrir was alive, to keep his secret or feel the consequences.
Shadonious stuttered, shaking his head before attempting to compose himself. "You can't prove that though, Lord Fenrir died long ago. You know he did."
Malachy smiled. "No, He had been captured, and chained to this wall at one point. However, Ashelle Rainer freed the great Lycan, to get him to help her oppose the BFC. as well as help protect... A certain friend of hers from harm." He said rememebring what he saw. He was careful not to mention Marc Streampaw, He didn't know how much the BFC knew about the rougue Lycan, and had already sided with Rainier on this topic.
"But what would make you believe such a powerful creature was dead?" He asked sense that Shadow was trying to cover something up, and from his tone it was probably out of fear.

"Sir, he died," Shadow snarled, trying to think up an excuse. He was forbidden to say, and he still did not trust Malachy. The white-haired slytherin had stolen the one thing that meant something to Shadow, and he was unable to forgive him for that. "Everyone knows that he did."
"Cealla and Fenrir died a long time ago. If that is lycan fur, then the church would have killed the soul by now. If this Rainier girl did do what you said, she wasted time. I agree with her view, to go against the BFC, but no mortal stands a chance. Beleive me, master, I've tried."
Malachy shook his head knowing the truth. 'He'll join this crypt if he admits what he knows so do force him to say anthing.' the voice came again. Now malachy understood. "Fenrir threatened you not to say anything didn't he? You've met the Lycan." He said with confidence. HIn sane I deas went through Malachy's head. He would have argued the other statement but he didn't Any of the BFC on his heal for openly saying he opposed them.

Shadow turned away from Malachy, "No. I met no lycan," he lied angrily. Under no circumstances was he to speak about what he knew, and he wasn't going to break that promise. Hell, he didn't want himself butchered.
He still had a feeling Malachy knew.
"I know nothing about any lycans. I stand up for their rights against the BFC but that was not just for the lycans in particular."
Malachy nodded deciding it bet not to push the subject. "Then we agree on at least one thing. That the BFC is wrong." He said. changing the subject slightly. "Well I'm taking this any way it could be useful." He said, now wishing he had something to put the hair into. "You say because I discovered the contents of that locket on my own you are cursed into servitude to me correct? What happens if I order you to be released from the servitude?" He asked, sort of wanting to get Shadow out of this situation.

Shadow shrugged, staring at the ground as he spoke, "I don't know. You're the first to be coldhearted enough to search the contents, you know everything about me... It could work, sir, but I've never had someone release me before."
Malachy looked at shadow thinking for a moment there where so many reason that having shadow at his command would be a good thing but at the same time... "I don't believe in slavery. And I will not sink to the level of being a slave owner. I order you to be released from my service. Henceforth you will do as you please. And Maybe I'll make up for the insult I made earlier by figuring out how to contact specific people among the dead.

Shadow's expression didn't change much at malachy's words. He couldn't just grin and take it as over. Hell, he'd half expected him to keep Shadow under his control - you know, just to get the point of loathing across. But he hadn't, "Order me to do something..." he requested in thought.
...Maybe I'll make up for the insult I made earlier by figuring out how to contact specific people among the dead... The teen grinned gratefully, taking the hint that Malachy had made. Let's hope he wasn't joking about the medium stuff.
Malachy tryed thinking of something simple that would be easy to notice right away. "Okay I order you to walk out of this tomb and then walk back to me." He said it wasn't exactly a hard order to follow, but the result would be noticeable enough.

Shadow snorted quietly, what kind of order was that? He walked a few paces away but stopped, cocking his head to one side and smirking at Malachy, "That was so pointless."
A small grin became visable on the teen's features. He could protest, refuse do the hell whatever he wanted. Turning to face his cousin he smirked, "Thanks man."
"No o problem cousin, We are family after all. And the Blacks do hold some, if not extremely scares, loyalty to the more extended members." He said sort of realizing that even though he had broken the curse. He was pretty sure that He had re kindled the the kinmanship of the 'Ancient and most Noble House of Black'. Something that Malachy had not really cared about till now.
