Momentarily zoning out as Sylph and Roan bantered back and forth about various bans, such as the Magical Creature Restraining Act or the Registration of Lycans and Vampires, Frog found that he really didn't care about what was happening with the ICW. Perhaps it was a premonition of this long ago that made the grey-haired lad send Fjord back north to Scotland, so he wouldn't have to worry about this creature ban. And as for the lycan and vampire registers, didn't seem all that bad; however, should a singular person decide to act against those races they would have all the information they needed to find them and bring them to trial. And if there was one thing that he remembered from his old history text books, it was the fact that the fear of other races easily blinded wizards into making very biased decisions.
Seeing how the majority of the gathered person seemed to have a negative opinion of the new government, Forgoil decided to keep his mouth shut considering the fact that he had been eying the Auror Training that might soon be offered. And who knows, if he worked his way up the ranks: someday he might be Minister Halifirien of Spain. However with the change in Roan's voice, the Scot focused in on the conversation and was immediately stunned by the sudden outburst. Granted, he quickly shook it off considering he had born the most of these outbursts in the past, but they were still enough to shake him up. However as it sunk through that the outburst wasn't directed at him, a cold fire built up in his chest at the mention of what Roan went through.
While there was pity in his eyes for the girl's plight, there was anger in his heart for those that had orchestrated it. The moment Sylph had finished with Roan, Forgoil asked in a tone that betrayed his anger, "You said he tried to rape you? Some spawn of the Devil tried to lie his hands on you? Why that filthy, thin-blooded, pointed ear troglodyte!" By this time he was speaking gibberish and his fists were clenched: a telltale sign that Frog would be doing something he might later regret. "You tell me where that bastard is Roan: I'll find him and make him regret the day he tried to paw someone from my house! Captain Halifirien is setting sail in pursuit and there will be no place on Earth where he can find OW!"
During that enraged outburst, which seemed rather eccentric, the grey-haired Hufflepuff swung a punch and didn't see where he was aiming it at: sadly for him it hit one of the wooden columns holding up the roof and all he got for his efforts were a tons of splinters. On the lighter side of things, it snapped him out of that brief moment of possession and he just stared dumbfounded at his hand. "Christ..." muttered the boy to himself, "Never knew that many splinters could fit into one hand...wow." Feeling that all eyes were on him, Frog whirled around and placed his hand behind his back quickly.
"So...um...yeah! What Sylph said!" said Forgoil with a half-hearted grin: not seeming the same as before, but not showing any signs of previous anger. "But Windwaltz has chucked you out of the school yet, so I figure you could still broad up at the Dormitory for the time being. And you could still learn somethings, like History of Magic and Potions. If what Sylph said was true, then Lycans could learn that considering how Hayzie needed to create that potion. You don't have to leave just yet, but if you...don't do it without saying good-bye, right lassie?"
