Ashelle looked at the new vampire with growing fear in her eyes. Elle said she wouldn't hurt her but Ashelle doubted she's stand in the way of this monsters thirst. Her back was against the wall and the door was closed at the two vampires feet. What was there to be done?!
Apparently Felix thought it was time to be brave. Ashelle would have allowed herself the luxury of rolling her eyes but was trying her best to not scream her lungs out. Still seeing the wand in Felix's hand awoke something in Ashelle the fear had been suppressing. She also whipped out her wand, pointed it at the larger Vampire, but instead of uttering plain words she delivered a incantation.
"PETRIFICUS TOTALUS!!!"
. . . well perhaps not delivered. More like shouted . . . very quickly and loudly .
Her happiness died as a wave of fear swamped her, rising as death filled the room in the form of him. A hand ran through her hair and she turned, eyes flickering up to his face. He's like Jack, she thought. This one she did not know, but his smell of decay was very much like the noferatsu Jack, the vile creature who roamed the Castille. Elle didn't budge, listening to him speak to Ashelle.
If they die, this is my fault, she thought, looking at Felix. He was still near the window, he could escape. Ashelle, however, was close, too close to run. Elle reached up, tentatively, and touched the hand that stroked her hair. Cold, claw-like, it was nothing human. A small sound, interest perhaps, rose in her throat, and she rubbed his hand with one thumb. Please don't hex. Only now did Elle realize she was between the magic-kind and the other of her kind. Now was one of the times she wished Romulus was around.
But this time, she might have to handle it alone, unless her sire was going to break down the door or fly through the window. Strangely, she wasn't disgusted as she had been with Jack. Through her fear for the girl Ashelle and for Felix, she felt at ease with the Noferatsu. For some weird reason. She raised the other hand to clasp the wrist of the hand he held out to Ashelle. Felix said something rather cliche, and she chose to ignore it.
"Do not force a newborn to grow up so quickly, my kin," she murmured, not holding him tightly, but firmly. Her eyes rose again to his face, an invert of her own. "She is a friend. If-"
Then Ashelle said something that did catch her attention. Releasing the Noferatsu, Elle sidestepped, feeling the cold air of the spell rush past. Eyes flashing, the look at the Gryffindor, then looked back to see if her spell had scored.
(OOC: I apologize for my delay. My internet disappeared - along with my phone - for a short while. Bell South is to be blamed.)
Of course the spell hadn't hit. A normal Vampire, such as Elle or Romulus or that vixen Kriss, may have not had the speed or the reaction time to move. The Nosferatu, though, were faster. They were stronger. They were altogether more advanced. They were, though, hideous and disgusting creatures, living in the shadows of their beautiful brothers and sisters.
As the last sound of the spell, "-LUS!", left the red-head's lips, Sceleris had his hand on a telescope nearby. When the vampire's eyes flicked to where he had stood only a moment ago, Sceleris flung the telescope with his unholy speed and strength, sending it flying not at the girl human, but the boy. His blood was tainted, and Sceleris could smell it. He wanted none of it. The girl human, though, would suffice his hunger for the evening. Perhaps even the baby vampire could have some.
With the same movement of throwing the telescope, he followed through and his claw-like fingers wound around the red-head's wand wielding wrist, his iron grip surely causing some pain.
"What friends are these," he spoke to the vampire, but his eyes - now the red of bloodlust - focused on the red-head, "friends that would gladly see your kin and your kind to their second death. Mi niña, this world is not as it was to you."
"Now, kill the boy. He is useless to us and will only report us to the living who will kill us."

This guy was fast. Like, ‘I-could-outrun-Flash-Gordon-while-hopping-on-one-leg’ fast. Faaaaast. F-A-S-T. You get the point. It seemed like he just teleported everywhere and if Felix didn’t know any better he would have thought that. If Felix ever decided to become a vampire he would even consider the option of becoming a Nosferatu instead, sure, you’d be uglier then a acne-ridden bulldog with a facial disfigurement, but still, you would be unbeatable. The guy could probably leap over the castle without even needing any random moon-hopping potion, and he could also probably punch through walls and all that other awesome stuff. Felix decided to think about such things later, because if he didn’t wait to think about it, there wouldn’t be a later.
Elle tried to subdue the Nosferatu only to be brushed off, Felix was impressed how calmly she took this, it wasn’t exactly like she was in danger, but still. If Felix wasn’t as crazy as he was, he would be freaking out for sure. Ashelle apparently wasn’t any of the above because she whipped out her want and shot a Petrifying Jinx on the Nosferatu. Felix was awed at how in a snap he wasn’t where he was and the spell shot past and petrified… the stone floor?
Before Felix’s eyes could even see where the Monster had moved next, or before he could even move his own wand to point at him, a flying metal instrument used for looking at stars hit him like an blast throwing him against the stone ledge. A little bit higher and Felix would be flying out over open air straight down to his death. Arm (left thankfully) broken, and bruised and scratches in more places able to be mentioned in this paragraph, Felix held his wand tightly, he muttered “Episkey” feeling the magic restore his strength. Sure, he still was pretty banged up still, but he could still stand.
The Nosferatu seemed to literally think that Ashelle and Felix were just livestock, standing around waiting to be slaughtered, and Felix, uneatable, was now useless so was going to get shot behind the shed. Next the Monster told Elle to kill Felix’s, because he would just tell about them. Felix was going to die anyway, so no reason not to try. Getting to his feet, Felix dropped his wand on the ground in front of him.
“But you see, I already have reported you. I know all about you vampires. I could have reported you to the authorities many times but I have not, because I am for you, not against you. I am no use to you dead, I’m useless to feed your bloodthirstily appetites, but alive…!” Felix took a step forward, knowing he was suicidal. “Alive I can help you! Just think of all the juice blood-filled humans that I could inform you of, ones that never would be missed, ever. Criminals and outcast. People that even if it was know that a vampire, a Prince of the Night, had devoured, you could live in peace. But even still… why would you care if I reported you? Do you fear mortal men? You can dodge a spell at pointblank; you could jump over the moon and back before we even realized you were gone; you… are invincible! Even if I reported you, they would merely walk helplessly directly to your own lair, they would walk right up to the threshold of the Castille defenseless to your awesome power. Take-out, delivered directly to your door.” Taking one more step, right next to the Monster, no fear, no emotion, blank faced. “Are you afraid of us? If you kill me, you must be Nosferatu.”

Ow! ooooooowwwwwwwww!!! the ugly vampire had grabbed her wrist with inhuman strength, however he had NOT broken her wand or immobilized her as of yet. She quickly dropped her wand and caught it in her other hand, stashing it in her wand holster. Felix had clearly lost his mind and had gotten closer to her - she supposed he wouldn't be missed. The kind-ish Vampire, Elle could easily escape out the window.
Without a word or further warning Ashelle reached for the flame inside and allowed it to burst forth from her and consume the entire room and roof. Dead flesh would likely be the first to burn. Hopefully Felix would have read her mind and jumped for his life. Perhaps such a Muggle power wasn't as crack pot of an idea as she'd first imagined.
Pushing the flames in the room higher and hotter, she hopped she wouldn't get into too much trouble for burning the tower or losing her homework. she's just have to offer to pay for the clean up is all. Funny how indulging in her Element calmed her thinking she must try and have a bonfire -with permission- sometime.
....Not friends? Elle shut her eyes for a moment, a low hiss escaping her. This vampire...perhaps Elle could have persuaded him to do other than what he wanted, but Ashelle's spell had screwed that up. Well. Now she was facing...this. Felix began talking, very quickly, in an attempt to save his own life. Elle doubted anything he said was true, but she might as well go with it.
Tilted her head to one side, she opened her eyes and looked at the Noferatsu, then back to Felix. "He's got a point," she said quietly. Her human side wanted to recoil in horror at the thought, but right now, her vampire mind was most needed. Elle moved fluidly towards Felix, her eyes gleaming.
"He's very clever, bloodkin," she murmured, turning her head to the vampire who held Ashelle. Well. This had turn from a night visit to a life-or-death situation very quickly. She didn't like it. "How many mortals do you know, especially among this school, that would take the time learn how to immune themselves against us. Obviously they aren't all as stupid as some of our kind believe. Besides, his little potion has to wear off sooner or later..."
"We can take him to the castille. We can use him, I'm sure."
Elle glanced out the window, then at Felix, eyes flickering. She wished she was telepathic, to tell Ashelle not to do anything stupid, but then..
The heat came in a wave, and Elle immediately sprang towards Felix, the fire roaring behind her. She paused beside him.
The explosion of heat did not catch Sceleris as off-guard as the witch wanted. Foul play was always expected by a Nosferatu. The moment the witch had tossed her wand to her other hand, the undead creature was on his toes, ready to (almost literally) fly. His hand holding the girl's wrist was singed, but he flew faster than she could push her fire off of the tower and into the darkness.
Would he return shortly? Probably not. Would he ever forget what that bitch did to his hand? Never.

When in doubt, burn up an entire tower of your university while a fellow student and a friendly Vampire stand by. Actually, when in doubt, don’t, but still. The Senior Gryffindor Prefect seemed to think it a good idea at the moment seeing how endanger her life was.
Felix had never witnessed an Elemental completely, well, explode like that but Felix did have to say he was impressed. Felix had been thinking about the option of studying to become an Elementalist for a while now, but his life was still in danger in more ways then he wished to count, so he decided to think about it later.
As soon as Ashelle… ‘detonate’ Felix was left with two options. Stay, or jump. Both had a major possibility of dying, but Felix’s brain wasn’t functioning enough to realize that ‘stay’ meant certainty of being burnt to a crisp while ‘jump’ only had an 83.7% chance of dying on impact. Elle, at superhuman speeds herself, was at Felix’s side in an instant and her suggestion sounded a lot more reasonable then assured doom.
Something… magical happened. Felix had drunk a potion which make him attracted to the moon. The normal formula for gravity didn’t apply, but instead Felix’s decent was slowed, resulting in lowering the chance of dying on impact down to a mere 49.7%. Just under 50/50.
Felix? Die? No… not tonight. Perhaps tomorrow?
After a brief second of wind pushing his wild hair back and staring into complete darkness, Felix smiled with a small sensation of humor, delirious as he was. He recalled that when he had decided to visit the Ravenwood Tower not ten minutes before (which seemed like an eternity) he wondered if another crazed student was trying to commit suicide. Felix never imagined that that suicidal maniac would be himself.
With yet another familiar ‘CRACK!’ Felix’s arm hit the rooftop of one of the schools wings. He had landed on his left arm, which promptly broke a second time on impact. It now could bend in directions that Felix neither imagined or wished existed. A brief paused and then the momentum sent Felix rolling down the remaining slanted roof until he fell two stories landing in a tall bush.
He wasn’t dead, but he slightly wished so.
All went black.DERP!

She caught a brief glimpse of the Sceleris as he shot by, a moment before Elle herself went flying out the window. The young vampire landed easily on the rooftop, but something cracked. Her leg? No. A thud brought her to her senses, and Elle shot across the rooftop before dropping to the grounds below. The bushes were shivering.
"Felix!"
Above, the fire roared again, and some part of the tower collaspsed. Glass shattered. Elle winced at the sound, then made for Felix. His arm was bent at an strange, impossible angle, and she connected the cracking sound to it's source. The Gryffindor was still, and for a moment, she thought he was dead. Elle shut her eyes for a moment, as if that could make all the horror vanish, then opened them as she looked behind her. She could see the noferatsu's form streaking across the grounds, and then he was gone, where to Elle had no idea.
What do I do with him? Elle thought numbly. She considered just taking him to the Hospital Wing, but whoever was there would be angry, and blame her simply because Elle was a vampire. They wouldn't listen. No. The vampire had spent more than one day in the crypt, she could go for one more. Felix was a smart kid. He probably knew how to fix his own..
Oh.
Suddenly she remembered the fact that he had thrown down his wand upstairs, to prove a point. Looking over his unconscious form, Elle shook her head. If she left him here, he'd get worse, simply from exposure. Or something else would find him and tear him apart.
Still. The Hospital Wing was out of the question. She'd take him to the Crypt, and tomorrow, find someone who could help. Carefully, in case he'd broken something besides his arm, she picked him up and started walking, casting a glance up at the tower. She hoped Ashelle would get out alright. But then, it was her fire.
ooc- Fee, want to continue at a new thread in the Crypt?
