One Shadonious Clearwater slipped into the Hospital Wing, trying not to be heard. He kept his head down, heading for one of the few patients he knew. "Torrid James Nightshadow, how'd you get like this?" The teen tutted, raising an eyebrow with a grin, at the unconcious boy - he'd come to see.
It wasn't like him to be caring, but Shadow knew the seriousness of the situation - despite not being a close friend of the Ravenclaw's. They'd dueled at first meeting, ending it with both satisfied that the other was a worthy opponent. And Shadow had respect for that, which was why he came now. When Teej, couldn't hear him. But when he hoped his message would get through.
Drawing up a chair besides the Raven's bedside, the serpent sighed, looking at Teej with a smile. "Didn't think I'd ever see you in this state, not with the fight you put up. You remember that? I think at one point we were both in the air, right?" Shadow spoke softly, hoping none would hear. He was being kind to someone, but only because they couldn't know what he was saying. Reaching into his satchel, the Slytherin teen pulled out his wand. Well, technically, it belonged to Malachy - seen as he won it and all, but Shadow didn't like technicalities. He placed the wood on Teej's bedside table.
"I don't know why you'd want it, but you know, take it as a sorry. You won that duel man, and you know it... besides, if you ever meet Malachy, I want you to shove it in his face and win my wand for yourself." He smiled, leaning back on his seat. Shadow stared up at the ceiling, trying to remain calm and happy.
He flicked a small piece of card down besides his wand, the wording simply stating 'Shad'. "Just in case you wake up and have forgotten me," the serpent joked, standing up and beginning to walk towards the door.
