Felix just lumbered out of Potions. The whole time he felt worse and worse. Why did he do that? It wasn’t exactly stupid; it just wasn’t very smart, like, at all. It needed to be done; the Shadows loamed closer; the time is short; it had to be done! It was just the reason of somehow Professor Birchheel said no. If Morgan had done the same ‘No’ was sure to be the answer! No. Felix tried to convince himself that he was right, yet he keep feeling horrible. Like it was his entire fault that Rome fell. It wasn’t over yet, time would tell. In the end if all would work out then Felix would be seen as a hero, not some dumb kid who ruined it all! That is, if they won. If all was lost and Spain fell he would be able to say ‘Told ya’ so!’ But anyone he would say that too would probably be dying, six-feet under, in prison, or bitten.
Detention. The least of his worries. Felix didn’t have any expectations. He was sure to get some sort of punishment, but who cares if all hope was lost. If he survived he would always be able to say he got the last detention at Firefox University! A long gone memory. He was an optimistic pessimistic person. He would see happy days in the middle of worst-case scenarios. He would see ways of getting joy, in his imaginary Apocalypse. Felix always said he lived his life here as best as he could, for a s soon as he got throw out, he could go back to his muggle life, looking back, seeing a wonderful memory. Sure, he caused it to end, but who cares? Morgan sure did.
As Felix faced the door to the Potions Professors Office, Felix Stepped aside and leaned against the wall. Should he try and convince her again? All hope was already lost, might as well try. Nah, he would only make it worst. He could ask Birchheel to forget everything he said, and ask Morgan to talk to her again. That is, if Malachy doesn’t kill the poor Gryffindor before sunrise. No. He would just see what happens and make the best of it. He always did and look what happened. Maybe he should knock? Nah. Just sit here and wither away to nothing. Yippy.
((I’m using a different comp so there is sure to be a million typos. First post for Morgan please.))
